Claims (5)

  1. 심층정탄(deep cleaned coal)을 생산함에 있어서, (1) 입자크기가 1/4인치×10메쉬이하인 기건탄(air-dried coal)을 공급하는 단계와, (2) 상기 기건탄을 유기용매에 침지하여 혼합물을 생성시키되 그 혼합물중의 고체함유량이 40중량% 이하이고, 석탄이 팽윤되어 자연파쇄되기에 충분한 시간동안 침지시키는 단계와, (3) 상기 혼합물로부터 용매를 회수하는 단계와, (4) 이렇게 하여 얻어진 팽윤탄을 과산화수소의 수성용액으로 침출하는 단계 및 (5) 상기 팽윤탄을 다시 플루오르화 수소나트륨의 수성용액으로 침출하는 단계로 이루어진 것을 특징으로 하는 심층정탄의 생산방법.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 팽윤되고 침출된 석탄을 질소와 수소의 혼합기체하에서 석탄이 탈황수소처리되기에 충분한 시간동안 약 390℃의 온도로 가열하는 단계를 추가적으로 포함하여서 된 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
  3. 제1항에 있어서, 용매는 부틸아민, 프로필아민, 에틸렌디아민중에서 선택하여 사용하는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
  4. 제1항에 있어서, 용매를 회수하는 단계는 상기 혼합물을 증류시키므로서 팽윤탄으로부터 용매를 분리하여서 되는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
  5. 제1항에 있어서, 기건탄은 그의 입자크기가 마이너스 메쉬이거나 이보다 미세한 것을 사용하는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
