Claims (9)
- 200-500℃에서, 약 0.25㎝(0.1in) 이상의 평균 입자 크기와 0.1-0.44㏄/탄산나트륨의 g의 다공성을 갖는, 굳지않은 탄산나트륨 입자들을, 5-30부피%의 시안화수소를 함유하는 기체와 접촉시키는 것으로 구성되는 시안화나트륨의 제조방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 탄산나트륨 입자들을, 시안화수소 함유기체와 역류 접촉시키는 방법.
- 제2항에 있어서, 탄산나트륨 입자들이 0.25-7.6㎝(0.1-3in)의 입자크기를 갖는 방법.
- 제3항에 있어서, 온도가 250-350℃인 방법.
- 제4항에 있어서, 탄산나트륨을 중탄산나트륨의 인-라인 소성에 의해 제조하는 방법.
- 제4항에 있어서, 탄산나트륨을 삼이탄산나트륨의 인-라인 소성에 의해 제조하는 방법.
- 제6항에 있어서, 탄산나트륨이 브리케트(briquette) 형태인 방법.
- 제4항에 있어서, 탄산나트륨을 천연트로나의 인라인 소성에 의해 제조하는 방법.
