Claims (9)

  1. 200-500℃에서, 약 0.25㎝(0.1in) 이상의 평균 입자 크기와 0.1-0.44㏄/탄산나트륨의 g의 다공성을 갖는, 굳지않은 탄산나트륨 입자들을, 5-30부피%의 시안화수소를 함유하는 기체와 접촉시키는 것으로 구성되는 시안화나트륨의 제조방법.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 탄산나트륨 입자들을, 시안화수소 함유기체와 역류 접촉시키는 방법.
  3. 제2항에 있어서, 탄산나트륨 입자들이 0.25-7.6㎝(0.1-3in)의 입자크기를 갖는 방법.
  4. 제3항에 있어서, 온도가 250-350℃인 방법.
  5. 제4항에 있어서, 탄산나트륨을 중탄산나트륨의 인-라인 소성에 의해 제조하는 방법.
  6. 제4항에 있어서, 탄산나트륨을 삼이탄산나트륨의 인-라인 소성에 의해 제조하는 방법.
  7. 제6항에 있어서, 탄산나트륨이 브리케트(briquette) 형태인 방법.
  8. 제4항에 있어서, 탄산나트륨을 천연트로나의 인라인 소성에 의해 제조하는 방법.
  9. 제4항에 있어서, 시안화수소를 함유하는 스트림이 아크릴로니트릴 플랜트로부터 사용되는 방법.
