제2도는 성분으로서 젤라틴만을 함유한 제제의 저장기간에 따른 IFNr의 함량의 변화를 도시한 도이다.
Claims (15)
- 균일하게 분산된 형의 하나 또는 그 이상의 생리학적으로 허용되는 소수성 물질, 특히 파라핀오일 또는 오일류를 단백질을 안정화시키기에 충분한 양으로 함유함을 특징으로 하는, 안정화된 치료학적 활성 단백질 하나 또는 그 이상 및 통상의 부형제, 담체 및 첨가제를 함유하는 국소적 용용 약제학적 제제.
- 제1항에 있어서, 인터페론, TNFα, TNFβ, ±-PA 및 이와 구조적으로 유사한 생물학적 활성등가물을 포함하는 그룹으로부터 선택된 치료학적 활성량의 천연 또는 재조합, 인체 또는 동물 단백질을 각각 또는 치료학적으로 유용한 혼합물 형태로 함유함을 특징으로 하는 약제학적 제제.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 총질량을 기준으로 하여 0.1 내지 3%의 양의 파라핀오일 또는 파라핀오일들의 혼합물을 수소성 물질로서 함유함을 특징으로 하는 약제학적 제제.
- 제1항 내지 제3항중 어느 한항에 있어서, 소수성 물질을 균일하게 분산시키는 유화제, 특히 비-이온성 유화제를 추가로 함유함을 특징으로 하는 약제학적 제제.
- 제1항 내지 제4항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 하이드로겔형임을 특징으로 하는 약제학적 제제.
- 제5항에 있어서, 하이드로겔형성제로서 하이드록시에틸 셀룰로오즈와 같은 셀룰로오즈 유도체 젤라틴, 또는 폴리비닐 알코올과 같은 합성 중합체를 각각 또는 혼합 함유함을 특징으로 하는 약제학적 제제.
- 제6항에 있어서, 하이드로겔형성제로서 하이드록시에틸셀룰로오즈를 함유함을 특징으로 하는 약제학적 제제.
- 제1항 내지 제7항중 어느 한 항에 있어서, P-하이드록시벤조에이트, 소르브산, 클로로헥시딘 디글루코네이트, 벤잘코늄클로라이드 및 헥사데실트리메틸암모늄 브로마이드와 같은 생리학적으로 허용되는 보존제를 각각 또는 혼합 함유함을 특징으로 하는 약제학적 제제.
- 제1항 내지 제8항중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 첨가제로서 침투 촉진제 및/또는 보습제 및/또는 완충제계를 추가로 함유함을 특징으로 하는 약제학적 제제.
- 제1항 내지 제9항중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 4 내지 8℃에서 적어도 12개월에 걸쳐 저장한 후에 단백질의 활성도가 실질적으로 변하지 않음을 특징으로 하는 약제학적 제제.
- 제1단계로 안정화제/물/임의의 유화제를 함유하는 계를 W/O 유액에서 O/W 유액으로 상전환시키고, 이렇게 하여 수득된 균질한 예비 유액을 대부분 수상과 배합함을 특징으로 하여, 제1항 내지 제10항 중 어느 한항에서 청구된 약제학적 제제를 제조하는 방법.
- 제11항에 있어서, 안정화제 및 임의 함유된 균질하게 분산된 유화제에 우선 물을 W/O 조유액이 형성될 때까지 교반하면서 가하고, 유액이 침전될 때까지 교반을 중단한 다음 재교반시키면서 물을 더 가해 물함량이 50%가 되게 하고, 상전환에 의해 균질한 O/W 유액을 생성시켜 예비유액을 제조하여, 상기 예비유액을 보존제 및 다른 첨가제를 임의로 함유하는 완충용액 중에 균질하게 분산시키고, 하이드로겔형성제를 도입시켜 팽윤시킨 다음 최종적으로 단백질 용액을 가함을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 국소적 용용 약제학적 제제중의 치료학적 활성 단백질을 안정화시키기 위한, 생리학적으로 허용되는 수소성 물질의 용도.
- 제13항에 있어서, 소수성 물질이 파라핀오일인 용도.
- 제13항 내지 제14항중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 약제학적 제제가 하이드로겔형인 용도.※ 참고사항 : 최초출원 내용에 의하여 공개하는 것임.
