Claims (2)
- 탈피, 탈배아한 쪼개진 콩을 뜨거운 물에 담근 후, 냉각, 탈수하고, 이에 당류 및 유지를 가하여 어느 단계에서 혼합, 분쇄, 살균, 냉각시키는 것을 특징으로 하는 마지빵과 같은 조성물의 제조방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 콩을 펙티나아제 처리하는 것을 특징으로 하는 마지빵과 같은 조성물의 제조방법.※ 참고사항 : 최초출원 내용에 의하여 공개하는 것임.
