Claims (1)

  1. 분리대두단백을 효소처리하고 분무건조하여 얻은 미세한 분말과 식물성 유지, 물엿 등의 원료를 용해, 분무건조하여 얻은 분말을 혼합한후 중쇄지방산 트리글리세리이드에 용해시킨 분말 대두인지질을 고르게 분무 첨가하여 조립화하는 것을 특징으로 하는 즉석 분말 두유 제조방법.
