Claims (4)
- 전자방출재료를 함침시킨 내열성다공질기체 및 다공질기체의 전자방출면에 고융점금속과, Sc 또는 Sc의 산화물 또는 그 양자로 이루어진 박층을 가진 것을 특징으로 하는 함침형 음극.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 박층의 두께가 10mm~1μm인 함침형 음극.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 박층속의 Sc 또는 Sc의 산화물의 양이 1~20중량%인 함침형 음극.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 고융점금속이 W, Mo, Ir, Os, Re 및 Pt로 이루어지는 그루우프로부터 선택된 적어도 1가지의 금속인 함침형 음극.
