Claims (22)

  1. 지지체, 그리고 주기표 원소의 (VIII)족에서 적어도 하나의 금속을 기초로한 활성상을 함유하는 정제촉매의 환원방법에 있어서, 촉매를 정제반응 대역에서 사용하기전에, 하기 (a),(b),(c)로 구성된 3단계 방법이 반응대역 내부에서, 즉, 인사이트(in situ)로, 또는 반응내역 외부에서, 즉, 익 사이트(ex situ) 로 수행되는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법: (a)촉매를 0과 50℃사이에서 환원제인 수용액 또는 유기용액 화합물로 함침시켜, 촉매상에 상기 화합물을 10ppm-100중량%로 도입하고, 상기 환원제는 분자내에 C2-14(양호하게는 C3-12)를 함유한 알데히드, 분자내에 C3-18(양호하게는 C3-12)를 함유한 케톤 또는 폴리케톤, 분자내에 C2-14(양호하게는 C3-12)를 함유한 에테르, 분자내에 C1-14(양호하게는 C2-12)를 함유한 알코올 또는 폴리알코올, 및 분자내에 C1-14(양호하게는 C1-12)를 함유한 유기산 또는 다중산으로 구성된 군으로부터 선택하고 ; (b)상기 방법으로 함침된 촉매를 1-10bar의 압력하에 100과 150℃사이의 온도로 승온시키고 ; (c)함침용액 및 (b)단계에서 형성된 물을 제거하기 위하여 촉매를 건조하는 단계.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 (a)단계에서 환원 화합물의 함침온도가 10내지 30℃사이에 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
  3. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 (a)단계에서 10ppm-50중량%의 환원 화합물이 촉매위로 도입되는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
  4. 제1항 내지 3항중의 어느 한 항에 있어서, (VIII)족의 금속이 철, 코발트 및 니켈로 구성된 군으로 부터 선택되는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
  5. 제1항 내지 3항중의 어느 한 항에 있어서, (VIII)족의 금속이 백금, 팔라듐, 이리듐, 루테늄, 로듐 및 오스뮴으로 구성된 군으로 부터 선택되는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
  6. 제1항 내지 5항중의 어느 한 항에 있어서, 조작이 정제 반응대역 외부에서, 특, 익 사이트로 수행되는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
  7. 제1항 내지 6항중의 어느 한 항에 있어서, 환원제가 알데히드인 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
  8. 제1항 내지 6항중의 어느 한 항에 있어서, 환원제가 케톤 또는 폴리케톤인 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
  9. 제1항 내지 6항중의 어느 한 항에 있어서, 환원제가 에테르인 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
  10. 제1항 내지 6항중의 어느 한 항에 있어서, 환원제가 알코올 또는 폴리올코올인 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
  11. 제1항 내지 6항중의 어느 한 항에 있어서, 환원제가 유기산 또는 유기 다중상인 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
  12. 제1항 내지 11항중의 어느 한 항에 있어서,촉매는 인클로우져 (enlosure)에 위치되어 있고, 환원화합물을 크랭킹 또는 분해하는데 충분한 온도는 건조 스티임 또는 적어도 하나의 다른 불활성 유체의 흐름을 상기 인클로우져에 순환시켜 얻는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
  13. 제1항 내지 11항중의 어느 한 항에 있어서, 촉매층을 함유한 상기 인클로우져가 상기 공정에 필요한 규정된 온도를 얻을 수 있는 유체를 통화시키는 중공관으로 장치되는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
  14. 제13항에 있어서, 상기 인클로우져가 회전중의 촉매입자를 규칙적으로 가열관과 접촉시키는 방법으로 배열된 회전로인 것을 특징으로 하는 방법
  15. 제1항 내지 14항중의 어느 한 항에 있어서, 촉매가 은, 금 및 구리로 구성된 군으로부터 선택된 (Ib)족의 금속을 함유하는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
  16. 불포화탄화수소의 선택적 수소화 반응에 제1항 내지 제15항중의 어느 한 방법에 따라 처리되는 촉매의 사용방법.
  17. 아세틸렌계 및 /또는 디올레핀계 탄화수소의 선택적 수소화 반응에 제1항 내지 제15항중의 어느 한 방법에 따라 처리되는 촉매의 사용방법.
  18. 오일의 선택적 수소화반응에 제1항 내지 제15 항중의 어느 한 방법에 따라 처리되는 촉매의 사용방법.
  19. 검-형성 화합물을 함유한 오일의 선택적 수소화 반응에 제1항 내지 제15항중의 어느 한 방법에 따라 처리되는 촉매의 사용방법.
  20. 열분해 방출물의 수소화반응에 제1항 내지 제15 항중의 어느 한 방법에 따라 처리되는 촉매의 사용방법.
  21. 수소화 크랭킹 반응에 제1항 내지 제15항중의 어느 한 방법으로 처리되는 촉매의사용방법.
  22. 수소화 및 스티임-크랭킹에 제1항 내지 제15항중의 어느 한 방법으로 처리되는 촉매의사용방법.
