Claims (5)

  1. 피측정물체에 당접하는 접촉자 수단과 상기 접촉자에 연결된 코어수단과 상기 코어수단이 내부에 삽입된 코일을 가진 발진기수단과 상기 발진기수단의 발진주파수를 카운트하는 카운터수단과 상기 코어수단이 상기 코일내를 이동하는 것에 의하여 생기는 상기 발진기수단의 발진주파수의 변화량에서 상기 접촉자수단의 이동거리를 산출하는 이동거리 산출수단과, 상기 이동거리 산출수단에 의하여 산출된 이동거리를 보정하는 이동거리 보정수단과, 상기 이동거리 보정수단에 의하여 보정된 이동거리를 표시하는 표시기와를 구비함을 특징으로 하는 번위측정기.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 이동거리 산출수단은 발진주파수의 변화량과 이동거리의 비례관계를 표시하는 변환식을 사용하여 이동거리를 산출하는 것을 특징으로 하는 번위측정기.
  3. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 이동거리 보정수단은 발진주파수의 변화량과 이동거리와의 2차 곡선관계를 표시하는 변환식을 사용하여 이동거리를 보정하는 것을 특징으로 하는 번위측정기.
  4. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 이동거리 산출수단은 발진주파수의 변화량과 이동거리와의 비례관계를 표시하는 변환식을 기억하는 제1기억수단을 갖는 것을 특징으로 하는 번위측정기.
  5. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 이동거리 보정수단은 발진주파수의 변화량과 이동거리와의 2차 곡선관계를 표시하는 변환식을 기억하는 제2 기억수단을 갖는 것을 특징으로 하는 번위측정기.
