変位測定器を示すものであり、第1図は概略構成
を示すブロツク図、第2図は外観図、第3図は各
コイルとコア部材との位置関係を示す図、第4図
は記憶部の記憶内容を示す図、第5図は誤差量と
実移動距離との関係を示す図であり、第6図乃至
第12図は従来の変位測定器を示すものであり、
第6図は外観図、第7図および第8図は各コイル
とコア部材との位置関係を示す図、第9図は概略
構成を示すブロツク図、第10図は発振器を示す
回路図、第11図は周波数変化量と移動距離との
関係を示す図、第12図は誤差量と実移動距離と

Claims (1)

    【実用新案登録請求の範囲】
  1. 被測定物体に当接する接触子と、この接触子に
    連結されたコア部材と、このコア部材が内部に挿
    入されたコイルを有する発振器と、この発振器の
    発振周波数をカウントするカウンタと、前記コア
    部材が前記コイル内を移動することによつて生じ
    る前記発振器の発振周波数の変化量と前記コア部
    材の基準位置からの移動距離との間の関係を直線
    関係とみなして、前記周波数の変化量から前記接
    触子の移動距離を算出する移動距離算出手段と、
    この移動距離算出手段にて算出された移動距離と
    前記接触子の実移動距離との関係を二次曲線関係
    とみなした場合の二次曲線補正式を記憶する記憶
    手段と、前記算出された移動距離を前記二次曲線
    補正式で補正する移動距離補正手段と、この移動
    距離補正手段にて補正された移動距離を表示する
    表示器とを備えたことを特徴とする変位測定器。
