Claims (1)
- 支持体に複数の抵抗体を平行配置するとともに
、液体収納容器内の仮想的に定まる液面の揺動中
心から直線に横切るように前記支持体を前記変動
中心から所定距離をおいて液体収納容器内に垂設
し、各抵抗体を加熱する為の定電流を印加すると
ともに、各抵抗体の液面レベルに対応した電圧を
検出する電圧検出部を設け、各電圧検出部の出力
を比較演算手段で演算することによつて、前記仮
想的揺動中心の液面レベルを求めるようにした液
面レベルセンサーであつて、前記電圧検出部と比
較演算手段との間に各抵抗体のレベル特性を整合
させるためのオフセツト機構を介在したことを特
徴とする液面レベルセンサー。
