Claims (1)
- 液面レベルを、その変化に応じて連続的に検出
する水位計と、高さ方向に間隔を置いて配列され
た複数の液面検出部を有し、各液面検出部によつ
て段階的に液面レベルを検出する液面検出器と、
前記水位計及び液面検出器の各検出水位にもとづ
いて故障信号を出力する判定部とを備えて成るこ
とを特徴とする水位計の故障検出装置。
