Claims (13)
- (a) 프로필렌 또는 탄소수 2 내지 8의 적어도 하나의 α-올레핀과 프로필렌 및 수소(여기에서, α-올레핀은 프로필렌 1몰당 약 0.01 내지 약 0.06몰비로 존재하고 수소는 배합된 프로필렌 및 α-올레핀 1몰당 약 0.001 내지 약 0.45몰비로 존재한다)와 (i) 티탄, 마그네슘, 염소, 및 전자공여체를 포함하는 촉매 전구체 ; (ii) 하이드로카빌알루미늄 공촉매 ; 및 (iii) 전자공여체와는 다른 선택성 조절체를 함유하는 촉매를 제1반응기중에서, 프로필렌 단독중합체 또는 프로필렌과 α-올레핀의 공중합체와 활성촉매와의 혼합물이 생성되도록 하는 방식으로 접촉시키고 ; (b) 단계(a)로 부터의 혼합물을 제2반응기를 통해 통과시키고 ; (c) 제2반응기중에 (i) 생성물의 중량을 기준으로 하여 약 20 내지 약 45중량%의 에틸렌/프로필렌 공중합체를 제공하기에 충분한 양의 에텔린 및 프로필렌(이때, 에틸렌 및 프로필렌은 프로필렌 1 몰당 에틸렌 약 10 내지 약 100몰비로 도입된다.) ; 및 (ii) 배합된 에틸렌 및 프로필렌 1몰당 약 0.1 내지 약 1.0몰비의 수소를 가하여 ; (d) 제2반응기중에서 에틸렌과 프로필렌을, 생성물이 제조되도록 하는 방식으로 공중합반으시킴을 포함하여 프로필렌 단독중합체를 또는 공중합체의 매트릭스 중에 혼입된 에틸렌/프로필렌 공중합체를 포함하는 생성물을 제조하는 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, α-올레핀이 제1반응기중에서 프로필렌 1몰당 약 0.015 내지 약 0.04몰비로 존재하는 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 수소가 제1반응기 중에서 배합된 프로필렌 및 α-올레핀 1몰당 약 0.004 내지 약 0.1몰비로 존재하는 방법.
- 제2항에 있어서, α-올레핀이 에틸렌인 방법.
- 제2항에 있어서, 충분한 양의 에틸렌 및 프로필렌을 제2반응기에 가하여 약 25 내지 약30중량%양의 에틸렌/프로필렌 공중합체를 제공하는 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 제2반응기중에서의 에틸렌대 프로필렌의 몰비가 프로필렌 1몰당 에틸렌 약10내지 약50몰 범위인 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 수소를 제2반응기중에 에틸렌 및 프로필렌 1몰당 약 0.1내지 약0.4몰의 몰비로 도입시키는 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 전자공여체 및 선택성 조절제가 에테르, 모노-또는 폴리카복실산 에스테르, 케톤, 페놀, 아민, 아마이드, 이민, 니트릴, 시란, 포스핀, 포스페이트, 스틸벤, 아르신, 포스포아마이드, 및 알콜레이트로 구성되는 그룹으로부터 선택되는 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 전자공여체가 에틸 벤조에이트이고 선택성 조절체가 파라-에톡시 에틸 벤조에이트인 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 전자공여체가 인접한 탄소원자에 결합된 두 개의 동일면상의 에스테르 그룹을 갖는 폴리 카복실산 에스테르이고 선택성 조절제가 실리콘-산소-탄소 결합을 함유하는 실리콘 화합물인 방법.
- 제12항에 있어서, 공촉매중이 알루미늄 대 실리콘 화합물중이 실리콘의 원자비가 약 0.5:1 내지 약 100:1이고 상기 알루미늄 대 촉매 전구체중의 티탄의 원자비는 약 5:1내지 약 300:1인 방법.
- 제1항에서 정의된 방법에 의해 제조 생성된 생성물.
- 제11항에서 정의된 방법에 의해 제조된 생성물.※ 참고사항 : 최초출원 내용에 의하여 공개하는 것임.
