Claims (5)

  1. 이소부릴렌, t-부탄올 또는 메탈린 알코올의 촉매존재하 분자-산소-함유 기체와의 증기상 산화 반응에 의해 메타크롤레인을 제조할때. 반응관 출구 직후의 반응 생성 기체에 비활성 기체 및/또는 재순환 반응기체. 또는 비활성 기체및/ 또는 재순환 반응 기체 및 공기의 혼합 기체를 공급하고 혼합함을 특징으로 하는 메타크롤레인의 후산화(post oxidation) 방지 방법.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 비활성 기체 및/또는 재순환 반응기체. 또는 비활성 기체 및/ 또는 재순환 반응기체 및 공기의 혼합 기체의 공급시 선속도가 하부 공 컬럼부위(empty columm portion)의 속도로 표현되는 반응생성 기체의 선속도의 적어도 두배인 메타크롤레인의 후산화 방지 방법.
  3. 제1항에 있어서, 비활성 기체 및/또는 재순환반응기체 또는 비활성 기체 및/또는 재순환 반응 기체 및 공기의 혼합 기체의 유량이 반응생성 기체의 유량의 0.1~3.0배인 메타크롤레인의 후산화 방지 방법.
  4. 제1항에 있어서, 비활성 기체 및/또는 재순환 반응기체. 또는 비활성 기체 및/ 또는 재순환 반응 기체 및 공기의 혼합 기체를 공급하고 혼합한 후의 반응 생성 기체의 온도가 200~300℃의 범위인 메타크롤레인의 후산화 방지 방법.
  5. 제1항에 있어서, 비활성기체 및/ 또는 재순환 반응 기체 및 공기의 혼합기체 내에서 산소의 농도가 13몰% 이하인 메타클로레인의 후산화 방지 방법.
