Claims (2)

  1. 석회수 15-20%, 규산 18-30%, 멜라민수지 3-10%, 규조토 1-5%, 탄산마그네슘 0.3-2%, 붕산 1%이하, 탄산칼슘 0.5-2.0%, 탄산소다, 하이드로퀴논, 제2인산암모늄, 나프텐산염 각 0.1%이하, 실리카겔 0.3%이하, 붕사 0.5%이하, 주물사 또는 황토 30-40%와 석면 8-15%를 함유함을 특징으로 하는 내화, 단열성 불연제.
  2. 멜라민수지, 규산, 규조토, 탄산마그네슘을 석회수에 첨가하고, 60RPM으로 혼합한 제1혼합물에 탄산칼슘, 실리카겔, 하이드로퀴논, 탄산소다 및 제2인산암모늄을 혼합하여 300메쉬로 분쇄한 제2혼합물을 첨가한 후, 여기에 나프텐산염, 붕사와 붕산을 혼합한 제3혼합물을 혼합, 혼합기에서 180RPM으로 교반 혼합한 다음, 다시 여기에 소성후 150메쉬로 분쇄한 주물사 또는 황토와 석면 혼합물을 가하고 혼합기에서 30RPM의 속도로 혼합함을 특징으로 하는 제1항에 기재된 내화, 단열성 불연제의 제조방법.
