Abstract

为解决现有阻燃剂的环境污染问题以及提高现有聚苯乙烯水泥板的品质,本发明提供了一种用于聚苯乙烯水泥基保温板的无机阻燃剂,由以下原料组成:重量份数40‑60份超细水化铝酸钙、10‑15份超细氢氧化钙、10‑25份超细云母、1‑3份偶联剂和1‑3份环氧树脂载体。阻燃剂通过其中的环氧树脂将其与聚苯乙烯颗粒粘结在一起,通过水化铝酸钙、氢氧化钙和偶联剂提高与水泥浆体的相容性,能有效防止搅拌过程中的分层;添加了无机阻燃剂的聚苯乙烯颗粒防火等级达到A2级。

技术领域
本发明涉及阻燃剂技术领域,尤其涉及用于聚苯乙烯水泥基保温板的阻燃剂,具体涉及一种用于聚苯乙烯水泥基保温板的无机阻燃剂。
背景技术
可发性聚苯乙烯是在普通聚苯乙烯中浸渍低沸点的物理发泡剂加工过程中受热发泡制成的热塑性树脂,具有微细闭孔的结构特点,主要用于建筑墙体、屋面保温、复合板保温和冷库、空调、车辆、船舶的保温隔热。但是该材料属于易燃材料,存在引发火灾的安全隐患,并且在燃烧时火焰蔓延迅速,并伴有毒气和烟气产生,因此,需要进行防火阻燃改性。
现在,一般添加溴系阻燃剂来改善聚苯乙烯的防火等级,但最高只能达到B1级,并且由于溴系阻燃剂破坏污染环境,在欧美国家已经禁止使用。尤其当聚苯乙烯用来制备水泥基保温板时,聚苯乙烯的憎水表面与水泥浆体的相容性差,在搅拌过程中易分层,而且与水泥硬化浆体粘结性差,影响聚苯乙烯水泥基保温板的品质。
发明内容
为解决现有阻燃剂的环境污染问题以及提高现有聚苯乙烯水泥基保温板的品质,本发明提供了一种用于聚苯乙烯水泥基保温板的无机阻燃剂。
一种用于聚苯乙烯水泥基保温板的无机阻燃剂,由以下原料组成:重量份数40-60份超细水化铝酸钙、10-15份超细氢氧化钙、10-25份超细云母、1-3份偶联剂和1-3份环氧树脂载体。
优选地,所用偶联剂为硬脂酸钙;
优选地,所用水化铝酸钙的组成为C4AH13;
优选地,所用环氧树脂载体为3%甲苯稀释的环氧树脂载体。
优选地,一种用于聚苯乙烯水泥基保温板的无机阻燃剂,由以下原料组成:重量份数40份超细水化铝酸钙、10份超细氢氧化钙、25份超细云母、1份偶联剂和1份环氧树脂载体。
本发明的有益效果:
1.水化铝酸钙含水量高达47.7%,在80-115℃发生吸热脱水,降低燃烧温度上升速率。氢氧化钙提供高钙环境保证水化铝酸钙的稳定存在。云母为含水层状结构硅酸盐矿物,在燃烧时会吸热分层,提高阻燃体系的残重率,中断燃烧链反应。
2.阻燃剂通过其中的环氧树脂将其与聚苯乙烯颗粒粘结在一起,通过水化铝酸钙、氢氧化钙和偶联剂提高与水泥浆体的相容性。水化铝酸钙和氢氧化钙均为水泥水化产物,本发明所掺入超细水化铝酸钙和超细氢氧化钙作为水化产物晶种存在,会促进水泥的水化并增强聚苯乙烯颗粒与水泥浆体的粘结力,能有效防止搅拌过程中的分层。
3.添加了无机阻燃剂的聚苯乙烯颗粒防火等级达到A2级。
具体实施方式
实施例1
一种用于聚苯乙烯水泥基保温板的无机阻燃剂,其特征在于:重量份数60份超细水化铝酸钙、15份超细氢氧化钙、10份超细云母、3份偶联剂和3份环氧树脂载体。
实施例2
一种用于聚苯乙烯水泥基保温板的无机阻燃剂,其特征在于:重量份数40份超细水化铝酸钙、10份超细氢氧化钙、25份超细云母、1份偶联剂和1份环氧树脂载体。
实施例3
一种用于聚苯乙烯水泥基保温板的无机阻燃剂,其特征在于:重量份数50份超细水化铝酸钙、12份超细氢氧化钙、18份超细云母、2.1份偶联剂和1.6份环氧树脂载体。
将上述实施例的阻燃剂搅拌5分钟使阻燃剂成粘稠状,与预发泡的聚苯乙烯颗粒按照1:45的重量比混合,使阻燃剂均匀包裹于聚苯乙烯颗粒表层。将包裹后的聚苯乙烯颗粒按照《GB8624-2006建筑材料及制品燃烧性能分级》进行试验得到以下结果:

由表1可以看出,采用本发明制备的无机添加剂加入到聚苯乙烯颗粒中可以起到很好的阻燃效果,且无污染。
将上述实施例的阻燃剂搅拌5分钟使阻燃剂成粘稠状,与预发泡的聚苯乙烯颗粒按照1:45的重量比混合,使阻燃剂均匀包裹于聚苯乙烯颗粒表层,再将聚苯乙烯颗粒以1:20的重量比与水泥混合并搅拌均匀,搅拌后静置30min不分层。并依据《JGJT 98-2010 砌筑砂浆配合比设计规程》检测性能,结果见表2。参考例中所用聚苯乙烯颗粒为未阻燃的普通聚苯乙烯颗粒。

添加本发明制备的无机阻燃剂聚苯乙烯颗粒在于水泥搅拌的过程中,其中的组份能够与水泥浆体的相容,且促进水泥的水化并增强聚苯乙烯颗粒与水泥浆体的粘结力,能有效防止搅拌过程中的分层。分析原因:阻燃剂通过其中的环氧树脂将其与聚苯乙烯颗粒粘结在一起,通过水化铝酸钙、氢氧化钙和偶联剂提高与水泥浆体的相容性。水化铝酸钙和氢氧化钙均为水泥水化产物,本发明所掺入超细水化铝酸钙和超细氢氧化钙作为水化产物晶种存在,会促进水泥的水化并增强聚苯乙烯颗粒与水泥浆体的粘结力,能有效防止搅拌过程中的分层。

1.一种用于聚苯乙烯水泥基保温板的无机阻燃剂,其特征在于,由以下原料组成:重量份数40-60份超细水化铝酸钙、10-15份超细氢氧化钙、10-25份超细云母、1-3份偶联剂和1-3份环氧树脂载体。
2.根据权利要求1所述的无机阻燃剂,其特征在于,所述的偶联剂为硬脂酸钙;所述的水化铝酸钙的组成为C4AH13;所述的环氧树脂载体为3%甲苯稀释的环氧树脂载体。
3.根据权利要求1所述的无机阻燃剂,其特征在于,由以下原料组成:重量份数40份超细水化铝酸钙、10份超细氢氧化钙、25份超细云母、1份偶联剂和1份环氧树脂载体。
