첨부도면은 각종 수경성 시멘트 화합물의 발포 슬러리에 대한 발열곡선을 나타내는 그래프인데, 곡선 A는 본 발명에 따라 발열정체기를 갖는 발열곡선, 곡선 B는 응결이 조절되지 않은 경우의 발열곡선, 곡선 C는 종래의 응결지연제를 사용한 경우의 발열곡선이다.
Claims (5)
- 수경성 주광물성분으로서 규산칼슘으로 이루어지는 시멘트 화합물의 수성슬러리(A)와 수경성 주광물성분으로서 알루민산 칼슘으로 이루어지는 급경화성 시멘트 화합물의 수성슬러리(B), 그리고 수성발포액(C)을 혼합함으로써 급경화성 시멘트 화합물의 발포슬러리(D)를 제조하는 단계, 슬러리(D)를 성형시키는 단계, 그리고 결과된 성형품을 고온 및 고압열수가공을 받게하는 단계로 이루어지는 기포콘크리이트의 제조방법에 있어서, 필수적으로 히드록시카르복실산의 알칼리금속염으로 구성되는 시멘트-응결지연제(a)를 슬러리(A)에 용해시키고, (i) 히드록시카르복실산 또는 그의 알칼리금속염의 (ii) 무기약산의 알칼리금속염과의 조합으로 필수적으로 구성되는 시멘트-응결지연제(b)를 슬러리(B)에 용해시키며, 이로써 급경화 시멘트 화합물의 발포슬러리(D)의 초기 응결단계에 발열정체기를 제공하는 것을 특징으로 하는 기포콘크리이트의 제조방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 응결지연제(a)와 (b)의 히드록시카르복실산 성분은 시트르산과 타르타르산으로 구성되는 군으로부터 선택되고 지연제(b)의 무기약산의 알칼리금속염은 탄산 및 중탄산의 알칼리금속염으로 구성되는 군으로부터 선택되는 것을 특징으로 하는 기포콘크리이트의 제조방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 응결지연제(b)에서 이루어진 무기약산의 알칼리금속염에 대한 히드록시카르복실산의 중량비는 5 : 5 내지 1 : 9의 범위에 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 기포콘크리이트의 제조방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 수성슬러리(A)의 시멘트 화합물에서 이루어진 SiO2에 대한 CaO의 화학조성의 중량비는 5 : 5 내지 2 : 8의 범위내이며, 수성슬러리(B)의 급경화성 시멘트 화합물은 수성슬러리(A)의 시멘트 화합물의 3 내지 30중량%에 해당하는 양인 것을 특징으로 하는 기포콘크리이트의 제조방법.
