Abstract

본 발명은 저흡수성이면서 고강도의 경량기포콘크리트를 제조하는 방법을 제공하기 위한 것으로, 통상의 경량 기포콘크리트의 원료에다 방수제 및 발수제와 함께 규산소다계 점도조절제를 0.1 내지 10중량부 첨가하여 경량기포콘크리트의 경화촉진 및 기포안정은 물론 수열양생중 고강도형 수화물인 토버모라이트를 다량 생 성시키게 되는 고강도 저흡수성의 경량기포콘크리트를 제조하는 방법을 제공하기 위한 것이다.

Claims (3)

  1. 통상의 포틀랜드 시멘트 100 내지 200중량부에 대해 규석 250 내지 350중량부, 생석회 50 내지 100중량부, 무수석고 10내지 50중량부, 알루미나분말 0. 5내지 1. 0중량부, 물 300내지 400중량부를 혼합하여서 경량기포콘크리트를 제조하는 방법에 있어서, 상기 원료조성에다 규산소다계 점도조절제와 발수제 및 방수제의 혼합 수용액을 0. 1 내지 10중량부 병용첨가시켜서 됨을 특징으로 하는 고강도 저흡수성의 경량기포콘크리트의 제조방법.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 규산소단계 점도조절제와 밭수제 및 방수제와의 혼합비는 중량비로 1 : 0. 5 내지 1 : 3으로 하여서 됨을 특징으로 하는 방법.
  3. 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 상기 규산소다계 점도조절제는 상기 원료의 점도를 1200 내지 2000cps로 조절하여서 됨을 특징으로 하는 방법.
