Claims (12)
- 5A 제올라이트 유형의 분자체 및 적어도 75%의 카올리나이트 및 많아도 20%의 석영의 건조 중량 농도를 갖는 카올리나이트 계열의 점토질 리안트(liant)를 포함함을 특징으로 하는 하나 또는 다수의 정제될 기체보다 더 극성이거나 더 극성 가능한 불순물들을 미약한 흡착된 불순물의 회복율로 흡착함에 의한 기체 정제용의 분자체를 기재로 하는 기체 정제용 흡착제.
- 제1항에 있어서, 흡착제 중의 점토질 리안트의 중량 농도가 10~40%, 바람직하게는 10~30%임을 특징으로 하는 기체 정제용 흡착제.
- 제1 또는 2항에 있어서, 점토질 리안트가 최소한 80%의 카올리나이트의 건조 중량 농도를 가짐을 특징으로 하는 기체 정제용 흡착제.
- 제1,2 또는 3항에 있어서, 점토질 리안트가 최대한 12%의 석영의 건조 중량 농도를 가짐을 특징으로 하는 기체 정제용 흡착제.
- 제1 내지 4항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 점토질 리안트가 dr방 판형 형태하의 카올리 나이트로 주로 구성되며, 그 대부분은 500~5000Å의 외접원 평균 직경을 가짐을 특징으로 하는 기체 정제용 흡착제.
- 제1 내지 5항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 분자체는 적어도 65%의 2가 양이온 교환율을 가짐을 특징으로 하는 기체 정제용 흡착제.
- 제6항에 있어서, 분자체의 2가 양이온 교환율이 65~85%임을 특징으로 하는 기체 정제용 흡착제.
- 제1 내지 7항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 2가 양이온이 칼슘 양이온임을 특징으로 하는 기체 정제용 흡착제.
- 제1 내지 8항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 분자체는 0.15% 이하의 할로겐 농도를 가짐을 특징으로 하는 기체 정제용 흡착제.
- 흡착될 불순물의 미약한 회복율을 갖는 제1 내지 9항 중 어느 한 항에 따르는 흡착제를 사용하고, 상기 불순물이 질소, 산소, 탄소의 산화물, 메탄 또는 탄화수소류임을 특징으로 하는 기체 정제방법.
- 제10항에 있어서, 정제될 기체가 수소임을 특징으로 하는 기체 정제방법.
- 제10항에 있어서, 정제될 기체가 공기임을 특징으로 하는 기체 정제방법.※ 참고사항 : 최초출원 내용에 의하여 공개하는 것임.
