Abstract
본 발명은 일산화 탄소를 함유하는 기체 혼합물(5)로부터 응고성 불순물을 흡착시키는 작업을 하는 정제 유니트(3)와 배출구(6)로 정제된 일산화 탄소를 이송하는 저온 분리 유니트 사이의 라인(2)내에 영구 삽입된 흡착제-충전된 탱크(8)를 구비한 장치에 관한 것이다. 탱크(8)내의 흡착제는, 정제 유니트(3)의 흡착기(4A), (4B)내의 흡착제와 동일한 것이 유리하며, 이는 일산화 탄소에 대해 친화성을 가지고 있어, 분리 유니트(3)의 흡착기(4A),(4B)의 순환식 작동에 의해 야기되는 일산화 탄소 제조 이송 속도내 순환식 가변성을 감소시키는 기능을 할 수 있다.

Claims (3)
- 불순물을 흡착하며, 2이상의 흡착기(4A),(4B)를 포함하는 정제 유니트(3)가 병합된 공급 라인(5,2)을 통해 일산화 탄소를 함유하는 기체 혼합물이 공급되는 저온 분리 유니트(1)를 구비한 일산화 탄소 제조 장치에 있어서, 일산화 탄소에 대해 친화성을 가진 흡착제를 포함하며, 정제 유니트(3)와 분리 유니트(1) 사이의 공급 라인(2)내에 영구 십입되어 있는 탱크(8)를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 장치.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 탱크(8)내의 흡착제가 상기 흡착제(4A),(4B)내의 흡착제와 동일한 것을 특징으로 하는 장치.
- 제2항에 있어서, 상기 흡착제가 분자체인 것을 특징으로 하는 장치.※ 참고사항 : 최초출원 내용에 의하여 공개하는 것임.
