  1. 당근 시재의 단단한 육질부에 염수접촉의 표면적 증대를 위한 미세한 관통공들을 뚫은 다음 함수분을 65=70%로 조절하여서 절임시키는 것을 특징으로 하는 당근 절임 식품의 가공방법.
