Claims (15)
- 밀폐된 용기에서 배를 배양하고, 배위에 기실이 있고, 기실이 부분적으로 가스가 투과할 수 있는 씰에 의하여 외부 대기와 분리시킴을 특징으로 하는, 배 성장상에서 조류 배의 시험과 배양법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 용기가 알의 부분임을 특징으로 하는 배양법.
- 제2항에 있어서, 알이 암탉의 알이고 배와 씰 사이의 공간 깊이가 5-15㎜임을 특징으로 하는 배양법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 배양된 배를 최소한 처음에 온화하게 교란시킴을 특징으로 하는 배양법.
- 액체가 충전된 밀폐 액체-불투과성 용기에서 배양기로 배를 배양함을 특징으로 하는 조류 배의 시험과 배양법.
- 제5항에 있어서, 용기가 부분적으로 가스가 투과함을 특징으로 하는 배양법.
- 제5항에 있어서, 배양기가 액체 흰자위임을 특징으로 하는 배양법.
- 제5항에 있어서, 배양된 배를 온화하게 알맞는 교란을 시킴을 특징으로 하는 배양법.
