제2도는 새로 낳은 암탉 알의 구조.
제3도는 상 Ⅲ의 배양계의 도해(부화 4일).

Claims (15)

  1. 밀폐된 용기에서 배를 배양하고, 배위에 기실이 있고, 기실이 부분적으로 가스가 투과할 수 있는 씰에 의하여 외부 대기와 분리시킴을 특징으로 하는, 배 성장상에서 조류 배의 시험과 배양법.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 용기가 알의 부분임을 특징으로 하는 배양법.
  3. 제2항에 있어서, 알이 암탉의 알이고 배와 씰 사이의 공간 깊이가 5-15㎜임을 특징으로 하는 배양법.
  4. 제1항에 있어서, 배양된 배를 최소한 처음에 온화하게 교란시킴을 특징으로 하는 배양법.
  5. 액체가 충전된 밀폐 액체-불투과성 용기에서 배양기로 배를 배양함을 특징으로 하는 조류 배의 시험과 배양법.
  6. 제5항에 있어서, 용기가 부분적으로 가스가 투과함을 특징으로 하는 배양법.
  7. 제5항에 있어서, 배양기가 액체 흰자위임을 특징으로 하는 배양법.
  8. 제5항에 있어서, 배양된 배를 온화하게 알맞는 교란을 시킴을 특징으로 하는 배양법.
  9. 제5항의 배양법에 의하여 배를 먼저 배양한 다음, 제1항의 배양법에 의하여 배를 배양함을 특징으로 하는, 배 형태 발생동안과 배 성장상에서 조류 배의 시험과 배양법.
  10. 부분적으로 배양기에 침전된, 진한 흰자위의 주위 캡슐을 갖는, 수정란을 배양함을 특징으로 하는, 배엽 형성까지의 조류 배의 시험관 배양법.
  11. 제10항에 있어서, 배양기가 배반을 갖는 선에 있음을 특징으로 하는 배양법.
  12. 제10항에 있어서, 배양기가 물과 염용액에 의하여 희석된 액체 흰자위임을 특징으로 하는 배양법.
  13. 제10항에 있어서, 밀폐 용기에서 행함을 특징으로 하는 배양법.
  14. 제10항의 배양법의 의하여 조류 배를 배양한 다음 제5항의 배양법에 의하여 배양함을 특징으로 하는 배엽 형성까지와 배 형태 발생동안 조류 배의 시험과 배양법.
  15. 제10항의 배양법으로 조류 배를 배양한 후, 제5항의 배양법에 의하여 배를 배양한 다음 제1항의 배양법으로 배를 배양함을 특징으로 하는 배엽 형태까지, 배 형태발생 동안과 부화까지의 배 성장 동안 조류 배의 시험과 배양법.
