제1도는 본 발명의 기본-형 과정을 나타내는 유통도이다.
제5도는 Fe2+이온(K)의 산화과정이 제1도에서 나타낸 기본-형 과정에 삽입된 유통도이다.
제6도는 폐기 황산 용액내의 Fe 이온농도(L)을 조절하는 과정을 나타낸다.

Claims (10)
- 염소를 함유하는 화합물형의 Na이온, K이온, Mg이온, Ca이온 및 NH4이온으로 구성되는 군으로부터 선택된 이온을 주로 Fe이온으로 구성되는 불순물을 함유하는 황산용액에 SO4 2-의 화학 당량에 적어도 상응하는 양으로 첨가하고, 생성 용액을 산소 함유 및/또는 알킬아민으로 구성되는 유기 용매(b)와 접촉시켜 상기 수용액으로부터 클로라이드 착체로 Fe이온을 유기용매로 추출함을 특징으로 하는 황산의 중화 처리방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 처리된 황산은 주로 Fe이온으로 구성되는 불순물을 함유하는 염산 또는 질산에 황산을 첨가하고 생성 용액을 감압 또는 대기압 하에서 증류 또는 증발하여 HCI 또는 HNO3을 제거하여 수득되는 황산의 중화 처리방법.
- 제1 또는 2항에 있어서, 황산용액에 첨가될 염소를 함유하는 화합물이 암염인 황산의 중화 처리방법.
- 제1 내지 3항중의 어느 하나에 있어서, 함유된 철이온이 Fe2+를 Fe3+로 전기화학적으로 산화시킬 Fe2+상태일때 유기용매로 철이온의 추출전에 처리될 황산 용액에 산화제를 첨가하는 황산의 중화 처리방법.
- 제1 내지 4항중 어느 하나에 있어서, 다른 산소-함유 유기용매(d)를 염화철 착체를 함유하는 유기용매(b)에 새로이 첨가하고, 생성 유기 용액을 물과 접촉시켜 Fe이온 및 Cl이온을 물로 역추출하고, 잔류 유기 용액을 감압 또는 대기압하에서 증류 또는 증발시켜 역추출전에 첨가된 산소-함유 유기용매(d)를 분리하고 유기용매(b)를 재생하는 황산의 중화 처리방법.
- 제1 내지 4항중 어느 하나에 있어서, 감압 또는 대기압하에서 염화철 착체를 함유하는 유기용매를 증발 또는 증류시켜 염산 및 물을 분리 및 회수한 후, 잔류 유기용매를 물과 접촉시켜 Fe이온 및 Cl이온을 물로 역추출하여 염화철을 회수하고 유기용매를 재생하는 황산의 중화 처리방법.
- 제1 내지 6항중의 어느 하나에 있어서, 황산 용액내에 함유된 Fe이온의 양이 Fe이온 및 유리 SO4와 결합된 SO4이온의 합에 대해 0.4 내지 0.66몰비 이하일때, 철 함유 고체 또는 용액을 황산 용에 첨가하는 황산의 중화 처리방법.
- 제4항에 있어서, 황산 용액에 첨가될 산화제는 HNO3인 황산의 중화처리 방법.
- 제8항에 있어서, 유기용매 Fe추출단계의 잔류 용액을 감압하에서 증류 또는 증발시켜 HCl 또는 HNO3를 회수하는 황산의 중화 처리방법.
- 제8항에 있어서, 추출될 염화철 착체 및 HNO3를 Na와 Cl의 화합물, Mg와 Cl의 화합물, K와 Cl의 화합물, NH4와 Cl의 화합물, 및 Fe와 Cl의 화합물로 구성된 군으로부터 선택된 적어도 하나를 함유하는 수용액과 접촉시켜 수용액으로 선택적으로 HNO3를 이송하는 황산의 중화 처리방법.※참고사항 : 최초출원 내용에 의하여 공개하는 것임.
