제1도는 피스톤핀에 대한 지지베어링이 설치된 피스톤 상부부품을 피스톤핀면으로 자른 단면도이다 : 정력학이 도시되어 있다.
제2도는 제도와 동일한 피스톤을 90°이동하여 나타낸 단면도이다. 연소실의 형태는 다중분사-연소방법에 대한 통상적인 형태에 알맞다.
Claims (7)
- 2부분으로된 구조의 피스톤의 상부부품은 가스압력을 받아 막는 기능을 하며 그 하부부품은 측압을 받아 안내하는 기능을 하고, 이때 2개의 피스톤 부품은 단지 하나의 핀을 통해 관절형으로 연결되어 있으며, 피스톤 상부부품은 회전대칭 구형케이스(2)를 가지고 있고 구형케이스(2)는 피스톤핀(5)을 수용하기 위한 지지베어링(3) 및 (4)을 가진 피스톤헤드(1)를 연결시키며 구형케이스(2)에는 오일스트립링을 가진 밀봉된 단부가 설치되어 있는 피스톤에 있어서, 지지베이링(3) 및 (4)이 측벽(6) 및 (7)을 통해 연결되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 피스톤 상부부품.
- 제1항에 있어서, 측벽(6) 및 (7)의 평면(10)은 핀축(11)과 지지베어링(4)의 상부핀 지지부 사이에 놓이는 것을 특징으로 하는 피스톤 상부부품.
- 전술한 항중 어느 한 항 또는 다수항에 있어서, 측벽(6) 및 (7)의 냉각을 위해 오일분사 냉각(15)이 이루어지는 것을 특징으로 하는 피스톤 상부부품.
- 전술한 항중 어느 한 항 또는 다수항에 있어서, 측벽(6) 및 (7)의 구형케이스(2) 쪽으로 뻗어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 피스톤 상부부품.
- 전술한 항중 어느 한 항 또는 다수항에 있어서, 냉각오일이 구형케이스(2) 쪽으로의 측벽의 통로 높이에 있는 오일공(9)을 통해 배출될 수 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 피스톤 상부부품.
- 전술한 항중 어느 한 항 또는 다수항에 있어서, 냉각오일(15)은 측벽(6) 및 (7)의 배부면에 분사되고 측벽(6) 및 (7)의 외부면을 통해 역류될 수 있을 것을 특징으로 하는 피스톤 상부부품.
- 전술한 항중 어느 한 항 또는 다수항에 있어서, 측벽의 전체면은 평면(10)에서부터 냉각오일의 오일공(9)의 높이까지 형성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 피스톤 상부부품.※ 참고사항 : 최초출원 내용에 의하여 공개하는 것임.
