Claims (4)
- 터어보 과급기축(1)상에 배치되고 공기 벤트 덕트(12)를 구비한 펌프 로우터(7)와 그 하단부가 유조(11)내에 잠기며 그 상단부가 중공공간(8)에 연결되는 오일흡입관(9)으로 구성되며, 운전중 원심력 효과에 기인하여 그 중공공간내에 오일의 회전환(10)이 형성되는 배기가스 터어보 과급기의 원심 윤활유 펌프에 있어서, 펌프 로우터(7)가 2개의 횡방향으로 배치된 중공공간(8)을 구비하며 2개의 축배어링(2) 사이에서 터어보 과급기축(1)상에 고정되고, 축 베어링이 각기 펌프 로우터(7)의 중공공간(8)과 오일흡입관(9) 사이에 배치되며 오일이 유조(11)로부터 분사노즐(16)과 축 베어링(2)을 통해 흡입되는 것을 특징으로 하는 배기가스 터어보 과급기의 원심 윤활유 펌프.
- 제1항에 있어서, 환상의 오일간극(14)이 베어링 외측링(4)의 단부면과 케이싱(6) 사이에 분사노즐(16)을 향해 배치되며, 오일덕트(17)가 베어링 외측링(4)의 단부면과 케이싱 사이에 분사노즐(16)로부터 멀리 대향하여 그리고 케이싱(6)과 베어링 외측링(4)의 원통형 외면 사이의 접촉면에 배치되는 것을 특징으로 하는 원심 윤활유 펌프.
- 제1항에 있어서, 분출구멍(15)이 펌프 로우터상에 배치되며, 그 내측 개구부가 오일의 회전환(10)의 내측반경에 의해 커버의 작은 깊이로 구비되도록 분출구멍(15)이 치수가 정해지고 반경방향으로 외향하여 멀리 배치되는 것을 특징으로 하는 원심 윤활유 펌프.
- 제1항에 있어서, 그속에서 운전중 오일의 회전환(10)이 형성되는 펌프 로우터(7)의 중공 공간(8)이 먼지분리기로서 작용하는 외측으로 배치된 포켓(18)을 갖는 것을 특징으로 하는 원심 윤활유 펌프.※ 참고사항 : 최초출원 내용에 의하여 공개하는 것임.
