제1도는 슬리이브를 갖고 실린더헤드 내에 배치된 분사노즐의 하부부분과 연소실을 갖고 실린더내의 상사점에 위치된 피스톤의 상부 부분을 보여주는 종단면도.
제2도는 제1도에 따라서 분사노즐과 슬리이브를 보여주기 위해 II-II선을 따라 취한 단면도.
제3도는 상사점을 지난후의 가스흐름과 연료분무를 갖는 연료제트를 보여주는 제1도에서와 같은 종단면도.
Claims (8)
- 연소를 위하여 연소실로 유입된 공기가 알려진 장치에 의해 연소실의 세로축 주위에서 회전운동을 하고, 연료가 연소실 개구부의 중심을 벗어난 가장자리 근처에서 실린더 헤드내에 배치되는 분사노즐에 의해 분사되어 회전 공기의 방향으로 분사되는 단하나의 제트에 의해 연소실 벽상에 연료막이 형성되도록, 피스톤 정상부에 형성된 회전입방체 형상의 연소실을 갖고 압축 점화나 불꽃점화를 사용하는 공기압축 직접분사 내연기관에 있어서, 피스톤(6)의 상사점 위치에서 분사노즐(2)의 배출 오리피스(2a)가 피스톤 정상부(6a)의 아래에 위치하여 연소실(7)속으로 관통해 있고, 분사노즐(2)의 목부가 그 끝이 개방되어 있고 배출 오리피스(2a)를 지나 돌출해 있는 길이 방향으로 홈이진 슬리이브(4)에 의해 틈새(16)를 두고 둘러싸여 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 공기 압축 직접분사 내연기관.
- 제1항에 따른 공기압축기 직접분사 내연기관에 있어서, 연소실(7)속으로 침투한 배출 오리피스(2a)의 수직방향으로 측정된 침투깊이(a)가 적어도 정격속도 및 전부하상태로 연료 분사 사이클이 끝났을 때의 피스톤 정상부(2a)와 상사점에 형성되는 실린더 헤드 틈새(5b)의 하부 위치 사이의 거리만큼 긴것을 특징으로 하는 공기압축 직접분사 내연기관.
- 제1항에 따른 공기압축 직접분사 내연기관에 있어서, 슬리이브(4)가 0.5mm 내지 2.0mm 정도 배출 오리피스(2a)를 지나 돌출해 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 공기압축 직접분사 내연기관.
- 제1항 내지 제3항중의 어느 한 항에 의한 공기압축 직접분사 내연기관에 있어서, 슬리이브(4) 내의 홈의 폭(S)이 냉각된 상태로 설치되었을 때 0.5mm 내지 2.0mm 정도 되는 것을 특징으로 하는 공기압축 직접분사 내연기관.
- 제1항 내지 제4항중의 어느 한 항에 따른 공기압축 직접분사 내연기관에 있어서, 자유로운(설치되지 않은) 상태에서의 홈이진 슬리이브(54)의 외경이 실린더헤드(5) 내에 있는 노즐 설치 구멍(11)의 직경(d)의 1.0 내지 1.3배 정도되는 것을 특징으로 하는 공기압축 직접분사 내연기관.
- 제1항에서 제5항 중의 어느 한 항에 따른 공기압축 직접분사 내연기관에 있어서, 슬리이브(4)가 노즐홀더(3)의 영역내에서 플랜지(4a)와 함께 형성된 것을 특징으로 하는 공기압축 직접분사 내연기관.
- 제1항에서 제6항중의 어느 한 항에 따른 공기압축 직접분사 내연기관에 있어서, 길이 방향의 홈이 실린더 헤드에 의하여 완전히 덮혀져 있는 슬리이브의 영역내에 배치되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 공기압축 직접분사 내연기관.
