Claims (6)

  1. 소량의 실리카를 포함하는 지르코늄 함유물질로부터 높은 순도의 산화지르코늄을 제조하는 방법에 있어서, 175℃내지 250℃ 온도에서 상기 소량의 실리카를 포함하는 지르코늄 함유물질을 황산과 함께 침출시키되 황산의 농도는 침출온도에서 끓는 농도로 조절하고 그 후 결과적인 지르코늄 함유 생성물을 회수하는 단계를 포함함을 특징으로 하는 높은 순도의 산화지르코늄 제조방법.
  2. 제 1항에 있어서, 개시 물질은 수산화나트륨에서 침출된 후 플라스마노에서 해리된 지르콘임을 특징으로 하는 높은 순도의 산화지르코늄 제조방법.
  3. 제 1항 또는 제 2항에 있어서, 상기 침출 과정은 그 과정의 온도에서 끓는 농도를 가지는 황산을 사용하여 개시하고 지속시킴을 특징으로 하는 높은 순도의 산화지르코늄 제조방법.
  4. 제 3항에 있어서, 상기 침출 과정은 80중량% 내지 88중량% 농도의 황산을 사용하여 200℃ 내지 250℃의 온도에서 진행함을 특징으로 하는 높은 순도의 산화지르코늄 제조방법.
  5. 제 1항 또는 2항에 있어서, 소량의 실리카를 포함하는 지르코늄 함유물질을 175℃ 내지 250℃의 온도에서 황산과 함게 침출시키되 반응 개시에 있어서 진한(98%) 황산을 사용함으로써 침출 온도에서 끓는 농도의 황산이 될 때까지 황산의 희석제로서 물이 생성됨을 특징으로 하는 높은 순도의 산화지르코늄 제조방법.
  6. 소량의 실리카를 포함하는 지르코늄 함유물질을 175℃ 내지 250℃의 온도에서 황산과 함게 침출시키되 황산은 그 침출온도에서 끓는 농도의 황산을 사용하고 그 후 결과적인 지르코늄 함유 생성물을 회수함으로써 소량의 싫리키를 포함하는 지르코늄 함유물질로부터 제조한 높은 순도의 산화지르코늄.
