Claims (10)
- 알칼리 또는 알칼리 토금속 수산화물과 폴리올 폴레테레프탈레이트를 반응시켜 테레프탈산의 알칼리 또는 알칼리토금속염 또는 테레프탈산 자체를 제조하는 방법에 있어서, 상기 반응은 상기 알카릴 또는 알칼리 토금속 수산화물과 거의 동일한 양의 수분 존재 또는 부재하에 130-190℃온도에서 실시하며, 상기 알칼리 또는 알칼리 토금속산화물의 양은 완전히 염화된 테레프탈레이트가 산출되도록 계산된 폴리테레프탈레이트의 화학양론적양에 비하여 50내지 300%이며, 텔레프탈산이 목적 생성물일 경우, 상기 반응은 임의로 산성화 반응을 수행하는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 반응은 수산화물의 양이 상기 화학 양론적 양의 50 내지 150%인 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 상기 반응은 온도가 140 내지 180℃이고 압력은 대기압과 거의 같은 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 수산화물의 양이 상기 화학양론적 양과 거의 같은 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제1항 내지 제4항중 어느 한항에 있어서, 상기 수산화물이 알칼리 금속 수산화물이며, 상기 반응이후 임의의 산성화 단계를 실시하기 전에 형성된 알칼리 금속 테레프탈레이트를 용해시키기 위하여 충분량의 물을 첨가하는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제1항 내지 제5항중 어느 한항에 있어서, 상기 알칼리 금속 테레프탈레이트 수용액이 C3-C8, 양호하게는 C3-C8의 알콜, 특히 n-부탄올에 의하여 추출되는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제1항 내지 제6항중 어느 한항에 있어서, 상기 알칼리 금속 테레프탈레이트 수용액의 이온력을 증대시키는 화합물을 이용하여 염석(salting out)시킴으로써 상기 수용액으로 부터 폴이올을 분리하는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제1항 내지 제7항중 어느 한항에 있어서, 상기 방법이 연속적으로 실시되는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제1항 내지 제8항중 어느 한 방법에 의하여 제조된 테레프탈산.
- 제1항 내지 제8항중 어느 한 방법에 의하여 제조된 테레 프탈산을 폴리올 폴리테레 프탈레이트의 제조를 위한 반응물로 사용하는 방법.※ 참고사항 : 최초출원 내용에 의하여 공개하는 것임.
