Claims (20)
- 기판상의 내화층 제조방법에 있어서, 상기 기판을 향해 내화섬유 흐름을 향하게 하는 단계, 상기 향하는 단계의 동안에 상기 흐름으로 액체 결합제에 분무하여 상기 섬유를 상기 결합제로 도포되도록 하는 단계, 여기서 상기 결합제는 알파알루미나(코런덤) 결정형성 결합제를 포함하며, 상기 도포된 섬유를 경화시키는 단계로 이루어지는 것을 특징으로 하는 기판상의 제조방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 결합제는 염화알루미늄용액을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 섬유를 향하게 하는 상기 단계에 앞서 상기 표면을 상기 결합제로 분무되도록 도포하는 단계를 더 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제2항에 있어서, 상기 염화알루미늄 결합제는 결합제 2부 대물 1부의 대략의 희석 부피비로 물로 희석시키는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제3항에 있어서, 상기 결합제는 대략 2부피부의 결합제 대 1부피부물의 비율로 희석되는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제2항에 있어서, 상기 결합제는 대략 4부피부까지의 물 대 1부피부 염화 알루미늄용액을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 섬유 대 결합제 비는 대략 1파운드섬유 대 1파운드 결합제인 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 분무 단계후, 인산 알루미늄을 포함하는 결합제를 사용하여 분무된 섬유층을 도포하는 단계를 더 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 분무 단계후, 상기 액체 결합제의 도막을 상기 내화층상에 도포하는 단계를 더 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제2항에 있어서, 상기 희석되지 않은 염화알루미늄 결합제는 대략 중량 퍼센트로Al2O363.0% CaO+MgO 0.02%Sio20.02% Na2O 0.025%Fe2O30.02% 염화물 6.2%물 30.5%를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 분무단계후, 콜로이드상 실리카를 포함하는 결합제를 사용하여 분무된 섬유층을 도포하는 단계를 더 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 분무단계이후, 콜로이드상 알루미나를 포함하는 결합제를 사용하여 분무된 섬유층을 도포하는 단계를 더 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서 상기 내화층의 밀도는 40lb/ft3까지인 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 경화 단계는 상기 내화층을 적어도 대략 700°F의 평균온도에 노출시키는 것을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 경화단계는 상기 내화층을 적어도 대략 230°F의 평균온도에 노출시키는 것을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 기판상에 분무된 내화물 층에 있어서, 상기층은 복수의 내화섬유, 그리고 상기 섬유와 상기 기판을 실질적으로 도포하는 알파 알루미나(코런덤) 결정 형성 액체 결합제로 이루어지는 것을 특징으로 하는 내화물층.
- 제16항에 있어서, 상기 결합제는 염화알루미늄 용액을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 층.
- 제17항에 있어서, 상기 희석되지 않은 결합제는 대략 중량퍼센트로Al2O363.0% CaO+MgO 0.02%Sio20.02% Na2O 0.25%Fe2O30.02% 염화물 6.2%물 30.5%를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 층.
- 알파알루미나 결정 결합에 의해 함께 및 기판에 결합된 복수의 내화섬유로 이루어지는 기판상에 본무된 내화물층.
