Claims (8)

  1. 전기 단자(10, 34, 52, 81, 104)의 결합 부분(12, 38, 40, 54, 56, 80, 82)의 슬롯(18, 46, 48, 70, 72, 80)에 절연된 전기 도전체(22, 36, 74, 92, 106)의 결합 방법에 있어서, 슬롯을 따라 결합 방법에 있어서, 슬롯을 따라 결합 부분에 땜납(32, 50, 84)을 적용하는 단계와 슬롯의 입구에 전기 도전체를 위치시키는 단계와, 도전체가 전기 접속을 형성하는 결합 부분과 마찰 접촉이 되도록 슬롯내로 도전체를 추진하는 단계와, 접촉이 되도록 슬롯내로 도전체를 추진하는 단계와 도전체와 결합 부분 사이에 형성된 접속 지정에 모이는 땜납을 리플로우하는 단계를 특징으로 하는 결합 방법.
  2. 제 1 항에 있어서, 열을 발생시켜 땜납이 리플로우 하도록 전기 자기수단(108)을 사용하는 단계를 특징으로 하는 결합 방법.
  3. 전기 단자(10, 34, 52, 81, 104)의 결합 부분(12, 38, 40, 54, 56, 80, 82)의 슬롯(18, 46, 48, 70, 72, 80)에 절연된 전기 도전체(22, 36, 74, 92, 106)를 연결하기 위한 전기 단자에 있어서, 결합 부분은 전기 도전체가 슬롯내에 강제 삽입된 후에 땜납이 리플로우되어 도전체와 결합 부분 사이에 형성된 마찰 접속 지점에 모여서 도전체와 결합 부분이 영구 접합하도록 슬롯을 따라 연장하는 땜납(32, 50, 84)을 가지는 것을 특징으로 하는 전기 단자.
  4. 제 3 항에 있어서, 상기 결합 부분은 하나의 평평한 금속 평판(12, 14)인 것을 특징으로 하는 전기 단자.
  5. 제 3 항에 있어서, 상기 슬롯을 전기 도전체 직경의 40%내지 80%에 속하는 폭을 가지는 것을 특징으로 하는 전기 단자.
  6. 제 3 항에 있어서, 상기 땜납은 주석 무게 63 내지 90 에서 납 무게 10 내지 37 비율의 범위에서 주석·납 공융물인 것을 특징으로 하는 전기 단자.
  7. 제 3 항에 있어서, 상기 결합 부분은 만곡부(42, 44, 62, 64)를 따라 자체가 굽어진 한쌍의 평판(38, 40, 66, 68)을 포함하고, 상기 슬롯은 평판과 만곡부에 형성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 전기 단자.
  8. 제 7 항에 있어서, 상기 평판(66, 68)은 만곡부 가까이에서 간격이 좁고 다음에 확산되는 것을 특징으로 하는 전기 단자.
