Claims (3)

  1. 풀리는 로울러로 부터 감기는 로울러 쪽으로 권선되며 자기밴드의 밀도 및 보빈 캐리어 허브의 직경이 결정되어지는 스타아트 및/또는 아직 처리를 기다리는 자기밴드의 플레이 타임을 확인하기 위한 처리방법에 있어서, 다음 단계 즉, a). 보빈 캐리어 허브의 회전시간의 측정. b). 보빈 캐리어 허브의 직경, 밴드밀도 및 a)에 따른 결과에 관한 데이타로 부터 보빈 캐리어 허브에 있는 권선의 계산. c). 한 카운터에 b)에 따른 결과의 기록. d). 감김로울러 또는 풀림로울러를 위하여 카운터의 배열에 의존하는 카운터의 계산 방향의 교환. e). 감김-및 풀리는 보빈의 회전당 생성된 임펄스를 통한 카운터의 연속 개폐. f). 카운터에 있는 권선값에 상응하는 카운터 결과와 시간값이 각각의 권선값에 배치되는 계산장치에 저장된 시간테이블과의 비교. g). 실제 권선값에 상응하는 시간값의 지시를 특징으로 하는 처리방법.
  2. 제 1 항에 있어서, 풀리는쪽 뿐만아니라 감기는쪽에서도 시간측정이 행해지며 각각의 쪽에 카운터가 배열되는 것을 특징으로 하는 처리방법.
  3. 제 1 및 2 항에 있어서, 분할되고 저장된 확인값이 소환될 수 있고 지시될 수 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 처리방법.
