Claims (1)
- 팬비임 형상의 연속 X선을 발생하는 X선원(1)과, 피검사체(11)를 그 사이에 넣고 X선원(1)과 대향하도록 배치된, 복수의 X선 검출기(2₂)~(2501)를 포함한 X선 검출기열(2)로서, 피검사체(11)를 투과하지 아니하는 X선이 조사되는 레퍼런스 검출기 [A(2₁)], [B(2502)]를 열의 일부에 갖는 X선 검출기열(2)과, X선원(1)과 X선 검출기열(2)을, 그들의 상대적인 위치관계를 유지한채로 피검사체(11)의 둘레를 회전시키는 회전기구와, X선 검출기열(2)의 각 검출기(2₁)~(2502)에 대응하여 설치되고, 각각의 검출전류(I)가 충전되는 복수의 콘덴서(3₁)(3502)를 차례로 선택하는 선택수단과, 이 선택수단에 의하여 선택된 콘덴서의 전압을 측정하는 측정수단과, 선택수단에 의하면 선택된 콘덴서의 전압을 리세트하는 리세트수단 및 선택수단과 리세트수단에 대하여, 선택-리세트-비선택의 사이클을 하나의 콘덴서에 대한 리세트가 끝날 때마다 다음의 콘덴서에 대하여 개시시키도록 차례로 제어하는 제어수단(9)으로서, X선 검출기열(2)의 중앙 근처에 있는 X선 검출기(2250), (2251)에 접속된 콘덴서(3250), (3251)에 대한 사이클과, 레퍼런스 X선 검출기 [A(2₁)], [B(2502)]에 접속된 콘덴서(3₁), (3502)에 대한 사이클을 대단히 접근한 시각에 행하게 하는 제어수단을 구비하는 X선단층 촬영장치.※ 참고사항 : 최초출원 내용에 의하여 공개하는 것임.
