Claims (22)

  1. a) 설정된 제1큐리온도와 제1자장을 갖는 제1자기막을 제공하는 다수의 트랙을 구비한 기판과, 설정된 제1자장 보다 높은 자장을 가진 제2 자장과 제1큐리온도 보다 낮은 제2큐리온도를 갖는 제2막으로 형성되는 광 자기기록용 매체, b) 코일에서 발생된 자기신호를 기록하도록 자장이 상기 제1자장 보다 높으면서 제2자장 보다 낮은 자장을 발생하는 코아와 코아에 감긴 코일을 갖춘 상기 광 자기록용 매체에 인접하여 위치하는 자기 헤드. c) 상기 제1자기막상에 기록된 자기 패턴을 상기 제2자기막으로 전송하기 위해 제2큐리온도 보다 높으면서 제1큐리온도 보다 낮은 온도로 상기 기록매체를 가열하도록 된 상기 자기기록용 헤드와 상대적으로 이동하는 상기 기록용 매체 아래에 위치한 가열수단, d) 검파용 빔으로 상기 제2자기막을 조사하여 제2자기막상에 기록된 신호에 따라 다른 반사된 빔의 편광각을 감지함으로써 상기 제2자기막상에 기록된 신호를 재생하는 기록용 매체 가까이에 위치하면서 적오도 레이저원과 레이저센서를 갖춘 광학 헤드로 이루어진 광 자기기록 시스템.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 광학 헤드에 있는 레이저원은 상기 가열수단과 쌍을 이루면서 상기 제2큐리온도 보다 더 높은 온도로 기록매체를 가열하기에 충분한 세기의 레이저 빔을 발생하는 것임을 특징으로 하는 광 자기기록 시스템.
  3. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 기록용 매체는 기록용 신호의 시작점을 나타내고,기록된 신호와 재생된 신호 사이의 동기가 이루어지도록 트랙의 직각방향으로 섹터정보를 자기 기록하는 것임을 특징으로 하는 광 자기기록 시스템.
  4. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 기판은 홈의 시작점을 나타내고, 기록용 신호와 재생용 신호 사이의 동기가 이루어지도록 트랙의 표준방향에 홈이 형성되어 있는 것임을 특징으로 하는 광 자기기록 시스템.
  5. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 제1자기막은 제1자기막의 두께 방향으로 자화로 수직으로 기록되는 것임을 특징으로 하는 광 자기기록 시스템.
  6. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 제1자기막을 제1자기막의 평면방향으로서 자화로 세로로 기록되는 것임을 특징으로 하는 광 자기기록 시스템.
  7. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 기록용 매체는 상기 기판과 두 자기막 사이에 소프트 자기막을 갖는 것임을 특징으로 하는 광 자기기록 시스템.
  8. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 기록용 매체는 상기 제1자기막과 상기 제2자기막 사이에 비자기막을 갖는 것임을 특징으로 하는 광 자기기록 시스템.
  9. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 제1자기막이 투명한 기판상에 형성되고, 제1자기막이 상기 제2자기막상에 형성되며, 광학 헤드가 상기 자기헤드의 반대쪽에 위치하는 것을 특징으로 하는 광 자기기록 시스템.
  10. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 제1자기막이 기판상에 형성되고, 상기 제2자기막이 상기 제1자기막에 형성되며, 상기 광학 헤드가 자기 헤드와 동일방향에 위치하는 것을 특징으로 하는 광 자기기록 시스템.
  11. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 가열수단은 기록용 매체중 상기 자기 헤드에 의해 결정된 부분만을 가열하는 것임을 특징으로 하는 광 자기기록 시스템.
  12. 제1기록용 자기막과 제2기록용 자기막을 형성해 주는 다수의 트랙을 구비한 기판과, 설정된 제1큐리온도와 설정된 제1자장을 갖는 제1기록용 자기막 및 설정된 제2큐리온도와 제2자장을 갖는 제2자기막으로 구성되고, 상기 제1큐리온도는 상기 제2큐리온도 보다 높고 제1자장은 제2자장보다 낮은 것임을 특징으로 하는 광 자기기록 시스템.
  13. 제12항에 있어서, 상기 제1자기막과 상기 제2자기막은 초기에 트랙의 직각방향으로 섹터 정보가 기록되는 것임을 특징으로 하는 광 자기기록 시스템.
  14. 제12항에 있어서, 상기 기판은 트랙의 수직방향으로 홈을 갖는 것임을 특징으로 하는 광 자기기록 시스템.
  15. 제12항에 있어서, 상기 제1자기막은 수직기록용인 것을 특징으로 하는 광 자기기록 시스템.
  16. 제12항에 있어서, 상기 제1자기막은 세로기록용인 것을 특징으로 하는 광 자기기록 시스템.
  17. 제12항에 있어서, 소프트 자기막은 상기 기판과 상기 두 자기막 사이에 제공되는 것임을 특징으로 하는 광 자기기록 시스템.
  18. 제12항에 있어서, 비자기막은 상기 제1자기막과 제2자기막 사이에 삽입되는 것임을 특징으로 하는 광 자기기록 시스템.
  19. 제12항에 있어서, 상기 제2자기막은 기판상에 형성되고, 상기 제1자기막은 제2자기막상에 형성되며, 상기 기판은 광학적으로 투명한 것임을 특징으로 하는 광 자기기록 시스템.
  20. 제12항에 있어서, 상기 제1자기막은 기판상에 형성되고, 상기 제2자기막은 졔1자기막상에 형성되는 것임을 특징으로 하는 광 자기기록 시스템.
  21. 제12항에 있어서, 상기 제1자기막은 Co-Cr이고, 상기 제2자기막은 Tb-Fe인 것을 특징으로 하는 광 자기기록 시스템.
  22. 제12항에 있어서, 상기 제1, 제2자기막은 회토류와 천이금속이 합금된 비결정 구조인 것을 특징으로 하는 광 자기기록 시스템.
