Claims (20)
- 식물 재료(물질)내에 DNA의 운반 및 형질전환이 일어나기에 충분한 시간동안 전류의 준재하에서 DNA 및 막-투과제를 포함하는 형질전환 용액을 세포 재료와 접촉시키는 것을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 식물세포 재료의 형질전환 방법.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 DNA는 벡터 DNA인 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제 2 항에 있어서, 상기 DNA는 플라스미드 DNA인 것을 특징으로 하는 형질전환 방법.
- 제 1 항 내지 제 3 항중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 형질전환시킬 식물세포 내에 수평 겔 전기영동시스템을 도입하고, DNA에서 식물세포로 전류가 흐르도록 DNA 물질을 웰에 담는 것을 특징으로 하는 형질전환방법.
- 제 4 항에 있어서, 상기 막-투과제는 디메틸 설폭시드, 리솔레시틴, 소디움 도데실 설페이트 및 다른 세제류로부터 선택된 극성 막-투과제인 것을 특징으로 하는 형질전환 방법.
- 제 1 항 내지 제 5 항중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 식물 재료는 식물조직, 식물배아, 분열조직, 액아, 줄기대 또는 켈러스인 것을 특징으로 하는 형질전환 방법.
- 제 6 항에 있어서, 상기 식물 재료는 옥수수 식물 재료인 것을 특징으로 하는 형질전환 방법.
- 제 1 항 내지 제 7 항에 기술된 방법에 따라서 식물 세포를 형질전환시키고, 배양조건하에서 형질전환된 식물세포를 배양하는 것을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 형질전환된 번식성 식물의 제조방법.
- 제 1 항 내지 제 8 항에 기재된 방법에 의해 얻어진 형질전환된 번식성 식물 및 이것의 씨앗(종자) 및 자손.
- 건강하고, 번식력있는 식물내에서 성장 또는 재생할 수 있는 숙주 또는 수용체종 이외의 다른 원천에서 발생한 식물 제놈 DNA를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 단자엽 식물세포 재료.
- 제 10 항에 있어서, 식물세포 재료는 옥수수인 것을 특징으로 하는 식물세포 재료.
- 숙주 또는 수용체종 이외의 다른 원천에서 발생한 식물제놈 DNA를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 건강하고, 번식력있는 단자엽식물.
- 숙주 또는 수용체종 이외의 다른 원천에서 발생한 식물제놈 DNA를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 건강하고, 번식력있는 쌍자엽식물.
- 제 12 항 또는 제 13 항에 있어서, 상기 식물로 옥수수인 것을 특징으로 하는 식물.
- 제 14 항에 있어서, 상기 옥수수는 해충 또는 제초제에 대해 낮은 감수성을 가지는 것을 특징으로 하는 옥수수.
- 제 15 항에 있어서, 상기 옥수수는 해충에 대해 낮은 감수성을 가지는 것을 특징으로 하는 옥수수.
- 제 16 항에 있어서, 상기 옥수수는 곤충에 대해 낮은 감수성을 가지는 것을 특징으로 하는 옥수수.
- 제 17 항에 있어서, 상기 옥수수는 나비목(레피도프테라) 해충에 대해 낮은 감수성을 가지는 것을 특징으로 하는 옥수수.
- 제 17 항에 있어서, 상기 옥수수는 땅정벌레목(콜레오프테라)에 대해 낮은 감수성을 가지는 것을 특징으로 하는 옥수수.
