제 1 도는 본 발명의 패널 열 교환기의 평면도 ; 제 2 도는 패널 열 교환기의 일부를 통한 단면 부분 ; 제 3 도는 본 발명의 패널 열 교환기의 유체 연결 장치를 나타낸다.

Claims (17)

  1. 열가소성 중합체의 조성물로 부터 형성된 한 쌍의 유닛형 외부 벽을 갖는 일반적으로 편평한 패널을 포함하며, 상기 벽돌은 그 사이의 유체 통로의 래비린드의 경계를 정하기 위해 함께 결합되어있고, 이런 통로들은 입구와 출구 해더 지역 사이로 뻗어있으며 패널 지역의 상당한 부분을 차지하는, 패널 열 교환기.
  2. 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 외부벽이 다른 외부벽에 결합되지 전에 유체 통로의 상기 래비린드의 경제를 정하는 채널을 갖도록 성형되는 패널 열 교환기.
  3. 제 2 항에 있어서, 상기 외부 벽중 적어도 어느 하나가 라미네이트인 패널 열 교환기.
  4. 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 벽이 높은 열전도성을 갖는 물질의 층을 함유하는 패널 열 교환기.
  5. 제 3 항 또는 제 4 항에 있어서, 라미네이트가 높은 인장 강도를 갖는 직물의 외부층을 포함하는 패널 열 교환기.
  6. 제 3 항 내지 제 5 항중 어느 한항에 있어서, 라미네이트가 높은 열 전도성의 외부층을 포함하는 패널 열 교환기.
  7. 제 1 항 내지 제 6 항중 어느 한항에 있어서, 외부 벽중 적어도 하나의 외부 표면이 열 교환기의 표면상에 고속도로 통과되는 유체내에 마이크로난류를 제공하도록 조직되는 패널 열 교환기.
  8. 제 1 항 내지 제 7 항중 어느 한항에 있어서, 외부벽중 적어도 어느 하나의 내부 표면이 열 교환기의 표면상에 통과되는 유체안에 마이크로난류를 제공하도록 조직되는 패널 열 교환기.
  9. 제 8 항에 있어서, 상기 외부 벽이 0.7㎜미만의 두께를 갖는 패널 열 교환기.
  10. 제 9 항에 있어서, 외부벽이 적어도 0.12㎜의 두께를 갖는 패널 열 교환기.
  11. 제10항에 있어서, 외부 벽이 0.15-0.5㎜의 두께를 갖는 패널 열 교환기.
  12. 제 1 항 내지 제11항중 어느 한항에 있어서, 열가소성 중합체가 폴리아미드인 패널 열 교환기.
  13. 제 1 항 내지 제11항중 어느 한항에 있어서, 열 가소성 중합체가 폴리카르보네이트인 패널 열 교환기.
  14. 제 1 항의 패널 열 교환기의 입구로 유체를 공급시키고, 열 교환기의 외부 표면상에 첫번째 유체의 온도보다 낮은 온도를 갖는 두번째 유체를 통과시키고, 그렇게 냉각된 유체를 패널 열 교환기의 출구로 부터 퇴출시키는 것으로 이루어진 유체로 부터 열을 분산시키는 방법.
  15. 제14항에 있어서, 상기 외부벽이 0.7㎜미만의 두께를 갖는 방법.
  16. 제14항 또는 제15항에 있어서, 열가소성 중합체가 폴리아미드인 방법.
  17. 제14항 또는 제15항에 있어서, 열가소성 중합체가 폴리카르보네이트인 방법.
