제 1도는 본 발명에 따른 교환기의 한 실시에의 도식적인 분해 사시도이다, 제 2도는 교환기 블럭의 3면에 대한 측면도로서 제 2A, 2B 및 2C도는 각각 A, B 및 C방향에서 본 측면도이다.

Claims (10)

  1. 유체를 운반하기 위한 제 1통로 세트를 가지며, 상기 통로는 교환기의 두 대면상에 개구된 열 교환기에 있어서, 상기 교환기가 교환기의 적어도 다른 한 면(11)상에 개구된 적어도 하나의 다른 통로세트(3)를 더 포함하며, 상기 다른 통로그룹에는 전기적 가열수단(4)이 장착되는 것을 특징으로 하는 부식성유체에 특히 적합한 열교환기.
  2. 제 1항에 있어서, 상기 제 1통로 세트(2)가 상기 다른 통로세트(3)대해 거의 직각인 것을 특징으로 하는 교환기.
  3. 제 1항 또는 2항중 어느 한항에 있어서, 상기 교환기가 적어도 하나의 분배박스(6,7) 또는 적어도 하나의 실링개스킷(8)을 갖는 적어도 하나의 캡(9)을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 교환기.
  4. 제 1항 내지 3항중 어느 한항에 있어서, 상기 교환기가 교환기내에 형성된 구멍에 장착되고, 교환기와 열교환상태에 있는 적어도 하나의 온도감지기(27)를 갖는 것을 특징으로 하는 교환기.
  5. 제 1항 내지 4항중 어느 한항에 있어서, 상기 적어도 하나의 통로 세트가 내부식성이 있고 양호한 열전도성 재료(30)로 형성되는 튜브층(32,33)을 갖는 것을 특징으로 하는 교환기.
  6. 제 1항 내지 5항중 어느 한항에 있어서, 상기 적어도 하나의 통로 세트(2,3,5)가 정해진 직경과 간격으로 구멍을 뚫어 제조되고, 비침투성, 내부식성 물질로된 적어도 하나의 블럭(1,21)을 통과하는 것을 특징으로 하는 교환기.
  7. 제 1항 내지 6항 중 어느 한항에 있어서, 상기 교환기가 적어도 하나의 전기적 가열저항체(4)를 갖는 것을 특징으로 하는 교환기.
  8. 제 1항 내지 7항중 어느 한항에 있어서, 상기 교환기가 통로의 내부에 열전도성분말(42)을 갖는 것을 특징으로 하는 교환기.
  9. 제 8항에 있어서, 상기 분말(42)이 전기적으로 절연체이고 바람직하게는 실리카 및 마그네시아를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 교환기.
  10. 제 9항에 있어서, 상기 분말(42)이 전기적 가열선(40)을 구멍(3)내에 고정시키고 구멍의 벽으로부터 전기적으로 절연시키는 것을 특징으로 하는 교환기.
