Abstract

Equipo para la esterilización de un fluido y procedimiento llevado a cabo en dicho equipo, para obtener jugos de fruta naturales larga vida, siendo elequipo capaz de esterilizar toda clase de líquidos. El equipo comprende un bloque decalentam iento rápido con conductor de transferencia de calor a travésde los cuales se hace pasar el fluido para que experimente un aumento muy rápido de temperatura.
