Claims (7)

    【実用新案登録請求の範囲】
  1. （１）冷却ガスの流入口、流出口を有する保護管にシー
    ス型熱電対を気密的に貫通配設してなる高温測定装置に
    おいて： 保護管の流入口から流出口にかけて冷却ガス流路を形成
    するとともに該冷却ガス用流路形成部材が連続してシー
    ス型熱電対を支持してなる高温測定装置。
  2. （２）流路形成部材としてシース型熱電対と並行配設し
    た管体を利用してなる実用新案登録請求の範囲第１項記
    載の高温測定装置。
  3. （３）流路形成部材として保護管内面とシース型熱電対
    外面に接するよう龜並行配設した複数の管体を利用して
    なる実用新案登録請求の範囲第１項又は第２項記載の高
    温測定装置。
  4. （４）保護管外面より押圧して全体を縮径してなる実用
    新案登録請求の範囲第１項又は第２項又は第３項記載の
    高温測定装置。
  5. （５）流路形成部材としてシース型熱電対に管体をスパ
    イラル状にまきつけてなる実用新案登録請求の範囲第１
    項記載の高温測定装置。
  6. （６）流路形成部材と保護管内面間に無機質からなる断
    熱材を介在させてなる実用新案登録請求の範囲第１項又
    は第２項又は第３項又は第４項又は第５項記載の高温測
    定装置。
  7. （７）流路形成部材としてスクリューコンベア状フィン
    を用いてなる実用新案登録請求の範囲第１項記載の高温
    測定装置。
