Abstract
PURPOSE: To control temperature easily and decrease heat loss in case of heating by a method wherein metal with a large number of cut splits is wound spirally on an outer circumferential surface of a heat-transfer tube, and radiation fins are formed.
CONSTITUTION: The circumference of a heat-transfer tube 1 is surrounded by a heating element and baked out, a working fluid 7 such as furon is enclosed under a fixed condition, an enclosing port 18 is pressure-welded and sealed and an end cap 4 is fitted. The heat-transfer tube 1, on an outer circumferential surface thereof adhesives 3 are applied to which, is turned in the arrow head 13 direction, and radiation fins 2 consisting of a metallic ribbon on which a large number of cut slits 11 are formed are wound on the heat-transfer tube 1, giving force in the direction reverse to the sending direction 12. Thus, since a contact between the radiation fins 2 and an outer wall of the heat-transfer tube 1 is brought close, thermal resistance is decreased, and the fines can simply be wound on an arbitrary section of the heat- transfer tube.
