Claims (6)

  1. 수성수지인 결합체 성분(A)과 모오스 경도는 3 내지 9이고 0.05내지 5μ의 건조막 두께에서 평균 입경이 0.1 내지 20μ인 경질 무기질 미세입자(B)로 사실상 이루어진 수성 조성물을 도포하여 제조되고, 상기 결합제 성분의 막 표면을 지나 돌출된 무기질 미세입자의 횡단면적이 막 표면의 5% 이상인 것을 특징으로 하는 피복 표면을 가지는 금속판으로 되어 있는 증가공 용도용 예비피복 금속판.
  2. 제 1 항에 있어서, 금속표면을 크론산염 처리중탕으로서 사전에 처리하는 것을 특징으로 하는 예비피복 금속판.
  3. 제 1 항에 있어서, 경질 무기질 미세입자는 다음식
    에 의해 결정된 결합체 성분의 막두께(H)(μ)보다 큰 평균 입경을 가지는 것을 특징으로 하는 예비피복 금속판.
  4. 제 1 항에 있어서, 무기질 미세입자는 천연 실리카, 규산염 광물, 산화티타늄 및 산화철로 구성된 군에서 선택되는 것을 특징으로 하는 예비피복 금속판.
  5. 수성수지(A1)와 30 내지 90 중량%의 6가 크롬을 함유하는 수용성 크롬화합물(A2)로 구성된 결합제 성분(A)과 모오스 경도가 3 내지 9이고 0.05내지 5μ의 건조막 두께에서 0.1 내지 20μ의 평균 입경을 가지는 경질 무기질 미세입자(B)로 사실상 이루어진 수성 피복 조성물을 도포하여 제조하고, 상기 결합제 성분(a)의 막표면을 지나 돌출된 무기질 미세입자의 횡단면적이 막표면의 5% 이상인 것을 특징으로 하는 표면 피복을 가지는 금속판으로 되어 있는 중가공 용도용 예비피복 금속판.
  6. 제 5 항에 있어서, 경질 무기질 미세입자는 다음식
    에 의해 결정된 결합제 성분의 막두께(H)(μ)보다 큰 평균 입경을 가지는 것을 특징으로 하는 예비피복 금속판.
