Claims (10)
- a) 자유 라디칼적 중합성 단량체, 및 b) ⅰ) 아릴 요오드염 ⅱ) 2-메틸-4,6-(트리클로로메틸)-s-트리아진에 대해 감광하고, 300 내지 100nm의 파장범위 내에서 흡광할 수 있는 감광성 화합물, 및 ⅲ) 상기 감광성 화합물과는 다르며 o<Eos(도너)≤Eox (p-디메톡시벤젠)값을 지니는 전자 도너 화합물로 구성되는 상기 단량체에용해되는 광개시제 시스템으로 구성되는 부가-중합성 조성물을 광-경화함으로써 제조되는 광경화 결합제에 의해 캐리어에 접착적으로 결합하며 지지되는 것을 특징으로 하는 연마제 그래뉼을 지닌 피복 연마제.
- 제 1항에 있어서, 상기 캐리어는 베킹 시이트로 구성되며, 상기 연마제 그래뉼은 플린트, 석류석, 산화알루미늄, 알루미너: 지르코니아, 합성세라믹, 다이아몬드 및 탄화 실리콘으로 구성되는 그룹으로부터 선택되며, 상기 그래뉼은 제 1수지성 물질의 메이크 피복 및 제 2수지성 물질의 사이즈 피복에 의해 상기 베킹 시이트의 적어도 하나의 주표면에 결합되며, 상기 제 1 및/또는 제 2수지성 물질은 상기 결합체를 광경화함으로써 제조되는 것을 특징으로 하는 피복 연마제.
- 제 1항에 있어서, 사익 캐리어는 저밀도의 올이 성기 웨브로 구성되며, 상기 연마제 그래뉼은 플린트, 석류석, 산화알루미늄, 알루미나: 지르코니아, 합성 세라믹, 다이아몬드 및 탄화 실리콘으로 구성되는 그룹으로부터 선택되는 것을 특징으로 하는 피복 연마제.
- 제 1항에 있어서, 상기 단량체는 아클리화 올리고머로 구성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 피복 연마제.
- 제 1항에 있어서, 상기 단량체는 트리스-히드록시에틸 이소시아누레이트의 트리아크릴레이트 및/또는 트리메틸올 프로판의 트리아크릴레이트로 구성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 피복 연마제.
- 제 1항에 있어서, 상기 감광성 화합물은 하기 구조식을 갖는 것을 특징으로 하는 피복 연마제.ACO(X)bB상기식에서, X는 CO 또는 CR1R2이며, R1및 R2는 동일하거나 상이한 수소, 알킬, 알카릴 또는 아르알킬이며, b는 0 또는 1이며 A 및 B는 동일하거나 상이한 치환 또는 비치환 아릴, 알킬, 알카릴 또는 아르알킬이거나, 혹은 A 및 B는 함께 고리 구조를 형성하는 치환 또는 비치환 시클로 지방족, 방향족, 헤테로 방향족 또는 융합 방향족링이다.
- 제 1항에 있어서, 상기 Eox(도너)는 포화 칼로멜 전극에 대해 0.5 내지 1볼트인 것을 특징으로 하는 피복 연마제.
- 제 1항에 있어서, 상기 조성물은 100중량부의 상기 단량체에 대해 각각 0.005 내지 10 중량부씩의 아릴요오드염, 감광성 화합물 및 도너를 함유하는 것을 특징으로 하는 피복 연마제.
- 제 8항에 있어서, 상기 조성물은 100중량부의 상기 단량체에 대해 각각 0.1내지 4중량부씩의 아릴요오드염, 감광성 화합물 및 도너를 함유하는 것을 특징으로 하는 피복 연마제.
- (A) 부가-중합성 조성물로 구성되는 것을 광경화성 결합제 및 연마제 그래뉼로 캐리어를 피복하고, (B) 자외선 또는 가시광으로 광경화성 결합제를 조사시킴으로써 광경화설 결합제를 광경화하는 단계로 구성되는 제 1항의 피복 연마제를 제조하는 방법.※ 참고사항 : 최초출원 내용에 의하여 공개하는 것임.
