Claims (14)
- (a) 백킹과(b) 상기 백킹에 접착된 래핑크기의 연마입자와 자유라디칼 중합화에 의하여 경화되는 경화성 중합체로 구성된 현탁액을 상기 백킹상에 피복하고 자유 라디칼 중합에 의하여 결합제를 경화시켜 형성된 연마성 피복제로 구성된 래핑 물질로서 사용하기에 적당한 피복된 연마제.
- 제1항에 있어서, 연마성 입자의 평균 크기가 약 0.3-약 35미크로미터인 피복된 연마제.
- 제2항에 있어서, 경화성 결합제가 최소한 2개의 에틸렌적으로 불포화된 부를 함유하는 단량체로 구성된 피복된 연마제.
- 제3항에 있어서, 단량체가 우레탄 아크릴레이트, 우레탄 메타크릴레이트, 이소시안우레이트 아크릴레이트, 이소시안우레이트 메타크릴레이트, 폴리에스테르-우레탄 아크릴레이트, 폴리에스테르-우레탄 메타크릴레이트, 에폭시 아크릴레이트와 에폭시 메타크릴레이트로 구성된 군에서 선택된 피복된 연마제.
- 제1항에 있어서, 경화성 결합제가 커플링제를 함유하는 피복된 연마제.
- 제5항에 있어서, 커플링제가 γ-메타크릴옥시프로필 트리메톡시 실란인 피복된 연마제.
- 제1항에 있어서, 경화성 결합제가 반응성 희석제를 함유하는 피복된 연마제.
- 제7항에 있어서, 반응성 희석제가 헥산디올 디아크릴레이트, 펜타에리트리톨트리아크릴레이트, 트리메틸올 프로판트리아크릴레이트, β-히드록시에틸 메타크릴레이트, 테트라하이드로푸란 아크릴레이트로 구성된 군에서 선택된 피복된 연마제.
- (a) 자유라디칼 중합에 의하여 경화되며 래핑크기의 연마입자가 현탁되어진 결합제로 구성된 피복조성물을 제조한 뒤(b) 상기 피복 조성물을 백킹상에 피복하고(c) 자유 라디칼 중합에 의하여 상기 조성물을 경화하는 단계로 구성된 피복된 연마제의 제조방법.
- 제9항에 있어서, 조성물을 화학 방사로 경화시키는 것으로 구성된 제조방법.
- 제9항에 있어서, 조성물을 열에너지 방법으로 경화시키는 것으로 구성된 제조방법.
- 제9항에 있어서, 상기 조성물이 최소한 2개의 에틸렌적으로 불포화된 부를 함유하는 단량체인 제조방법.
- 제9항에 있어서, 상기 조성물이 반응성 희석제를 함유하는 제조방법.
