Claims (16)

  1. 다음의 특징들을 나타내는 소수성 침강실리카 :
    밀도 0.15이상,
    수분습윤성 20%이상,
    수분 재흡착율 5%이하.
    전기한 실리카는 거의 구형의 보다 상세히는 0.08mm이상의 평균크기의 구슬들의 형태를 나타낸다.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 밀도가 0.2 내지 0.4에 포함되는 것을 특징으로 하는 소수성 침강 실리카.
  3. 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 수분 습윤성이 30%이상, 특히 40 내지 80%에 포함되는 것을 특징으로 하는 소수성 침강 실리카.
  4. 제1내지 제3항중 어느 한 항에 있어서 수분 재흡착율이 3%이하, 보다 상세히는 1.5내지 3%사이에 포함되는 것을 특징으로 하는 소수성 침강 실리카.
  5. 제1 내지 4항들중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 0.2 내지 2mm에 포함되는 평균크기의 구슬들의 형태를 나타내는 것을 특징으로 하는 소수성 침강 실리카.
  6. 제1내지 5항들중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 50m2/g이상의 보다 상세히는 50내지 350m2/g 에 포함되는 BET표면과 40m2/g이상의 보다 상세히는 40내지 320m2/g에 포함되는 CTAB표면을 나타내는 것을 특징으로 하는 소수성 침강 실리카.
  7. 특히 제1내지 6항중 어느 한 항에 따른 유형의 실리카의 제조방법으로서, 실리카 현탁액, 소수성화제 및 유기용매를 대면시키고 혼합하여, 액상과 구슬들의 형태를 한 실리카를 얻고 다음에 이렇게 형성된 액상과 실리카를 분리하고 경우에 따라서는 실리카를 세척하고 건조시키는 것을 특징으로 하는 실리카의 제조방법.
  8. 제7항에 있어서, 제1단계에서 실리카의 현탁액과 소수성화제를 대면시키고 혼합하고, 그다음 제2단계에서 얻어진 혼합물에 유기용매를 가하는 것을 특징으로 하는 실리카의 제조방법.
  9. 제8항에 있어서, 실리카의 현탁액과 소수성화제의 혼합을 혼합물의 pH를 일정하게 유지하면서 실시하는 것을 특징으로 하는 실리카의 제조방법.
  10. 제7내지 9항중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 소수성화제로서 유기규산 화합물을 사용하는 것을 특징으로 하는 실리카의 제조방법.
  11. 제10항에 있어서, 소수성화제는 알킬클로로실란류 및 알콕시실란류를 포함하는 군중에서 선택되는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
  12. 제7내지 9항중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 유기용매는 에스테르류 및 케톤류를 포함하는 군중에서 선택되는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
  13. 제12항에 있어서, 유기용매는 지방족 케톤류의 군중에서 선택되는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
  14. 제7내지 11항중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 유기용매는 아민류의 군중에서 선택되는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
  15. 제1내지 6항중 어느 한 항에 따른 또는 제7내지 14항중 어느 한 항에 따른 방법에 의해 얻어진 실리카를 사용하는 것을 특징으로 하는 오르가노폴리실록산 조성물의 강화방법.
  16. 제1내지 6항중 어느 한 항에 따른 또는 제7내지 14항중 어느 한 항에 따른 방법에 의해 따른 방법에 의해 얻어진 실리카를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 오르가노폴리실록산 조성물.
