Abstract

가질로서의 박편형상물징의 표면에 구형상의 입자를 피복함으로써, 그 표면의 광의 난반사에 의한 기질의 광택도의 억제, 미끄럼성의 향상 등을 도모함을 목적으로 한다.
박편형상 미분말은, 천연운모 등의 박편형상물질의 표면에 실리카입자가 담지되거나, 또는 그 실리카입자 그 위에 알콕시실란의 가수분해물 또는 실리카겔로 고정화되어 이루어지는 것이다.
박편형상미분말은, 박편형상물질과 실리카입자를 함유하는 분산액중에, 알콕시실란을 첨가하여 가수분해하거나, 또는, 규산액을 첨가하여, 이것을 겔화하여 제조한다. 이 박편형상 미분말을 각종 성분과 함께 배합하여 화장료로서 이용할 수가 있다.

제1도는 횡축에 유전률(誘電率)(ε)(-)을 취하고, 종축에 이온농도 (N)(ppm)를 취하며, 박편형상 물질에 실리카입자를 부착할 때의 분산액의 바람직한 영역을 도시한 것이다.
제2도 및 제3도는, 실시예1 및 실시예21에 의하여 각각 얻어진 박편형상 미분말 표면의 입자구조를 나타낸 사진이며,
제4도 및 제5도는 실시예 1과 실시예21의 박편형상 미분말을 고착강도 테스트에 제공한 후의 각각의 표면의 입자구조를 나타낸 사진이다.

Claims (15)

  1. 박편형상물질과 살리카입자를 함유하는 분산액중에, 알콕시실란 및/또는 규산액을 첨가하여, 이 알콕시실린을 가수분해하고, 및/또는 규산액을 겔화하여 상기 실리카입자를 상기 박편형상물질의 표면에 고정화하는 것을 특징으로 하는 박편형상 미분말의 제조방법.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 분산액의 유전률(ε)이, 15≤ε≤80의 범위에 있고, 더구나, 분산액중의 카티온과 아니온의 함께 이온농도(N)가,
  3. ① ε=15일 때, 200ppm ! N≤5X104ppm
  4. ② ε=80일 때, 3X104ppm ! N≤2X105ppm
  5. ③ 15<ε=80일 때, 유전률(ε)(-)을 X축, 이온농도(N)(ppm)를 Y축으로 취하여 나타낸 (X, Y)좌표에 있어서, A(15, 200), B(15, 5X104), C(80, 2X105)에 의해 형성되는 사변형 영역내에 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 박편형상 미분말의 제조방법.
  6. 유기용매 및/또는 물로 이루어지는 분산매에, 박편형상물질과 구형상의 실리카입자를 분산시켜서, 이 박편형성물질의 표면에 이 실리카입자를 부착시키고, 이어서, 이 분산액 중에 알콕시실란 및/또는 규산액을 첨가하여, 이 알콕시실란을 가수분해하고, 및/또는 규산액을 겔화하여 상기 실리카입자를 상기 박편형상물질의 표면에 고정화하는 것을 특징으로 하는 박편형상 미분말의 제조방법.
  7. 제3항에 있어서, 분산액의 유전률(ε)이, 15≤ε≤80의 범위에 있고, 분산액증의 카티온과 아니온의 함께 이온농도(N)가,
  8. ① ε=15일 때, 200ppm ! N≤5X104ppm
  9. ② ε=80일 때, 3X104ppm ! N≤2X105ppm
  10. ③ 15<ε=80일 때, 유전률(ε)(-)을 X축, 이온농도(N)(ppm)를 Y축으로 취하여 나타낸 (X, Y)좌표에 있어서, A(15, 200), B(15, 5X104), C(80, 2X105) 및 C(80, 3X104)에 의해 형성되는 사변형 영역내에 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 박편형상 미분말의 제조방법.

  14. 제7항에 있어서, 박편형상물질의 표면에 실리카 입자가 알콕시실란의 가수분해물 및/또는 실리카겔로 고정된 박편형사 미분말이 배합되어 이루어진 이루어진 화장료.
