Claims (10)

  1. 띠 형상의 케이싱 필름(10)의 가장자리부들이 서로 접합되어 통형상의 케이스(1)가 형성되고, 이 통형상의 케이스(1)의 내부에 피포장물이 충전되어 있고 또한, 통형상의 케이스(1)의 양끝 단부가 눌려 찌부러뜨려져서 편평한 형상으로 성형되고, 이 편평부(1a)에서 케이싱 필름(10)이 1매의 필름일 경우에는 이 케이싱 필름(10)을 포함하여 3층 이상, 또는 케이싱 필름(10)이 2매의 필름이 포개 합쳐진 것일 경우에는 이 케이싱 필름(10)을 포함하여 5층 이상의 필름이 함께 녹여 붙어져서 이루어지는 것을 특징으로 하는 필름에 의한 통형상의 포장체.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 편평부(1a)의 한쪽 바깥면 또는 양쪽의 바깥면에 보강필름(5)이 첨부 장착되어, 편평부(1a)에서 케이싱 필름(10)과 보강필름(5)들이 함께 녹여 붙여져 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 필름에 의한 통형상의 포장체.
  3. 제1항에 있어서, 편평부(1a)에서 케이싱 필름(10)의 가장자리부가 접혀서 개어져 있고, 이 편평부(1a)에서 이 접힘부(1b)를 포함하여, 케이싱 필름(10)이 1매의 필름인 경우에는 4층, 또는 케이싱 필름(10)이 2매의 필름이 포개져 합쳐진 것일 경우에는 8층의 필름이 녹여 붙여져 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 필름에 의한 통형상의 포장체.
  4. 제1항, 제2항 또는 제3항에 있어서, 편평부(1a)에서 필름이 초음파에 의해 녹여 붙여져 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 필름에 의한 통형상의 포장체.
  5. 띠 형상의 케이싱 필름(10)을 통형상으로 성형하고, 그 가장자리부들을 서로 서로 접합시켜 통형상의 케이스(1)를 형성하고, 이 통형상의 케이스(1)내에 피포장물을 충전하고, 포장체의 끝단부가 되는 부분에 편평부(1a)를 성형하고, 이 편평부(1a)로써, 케이싱 필름(10)이 1매의 필름일 경우에는 이 케이생 필름(10)을 포함해서 3층 이상, 또는 케이싱 필름(10)이 2매의 필름을 겹쳐 합친 것이었을 경우에는 이 케이싱 필름(10)을 포함하여 5층이상의 필름을 함께 녹여 붙이는 것을 특징으로 하는 필름에 의한 포장체의 제조방법.
  6. 제5항에 있어서, 편평부(1a)의 한쪽 바깥면 또는 양쪽의 바깥면에 보강필름(5)을 공급하고, 케이싱 필름(10)과 보강필름(5)을 함께 녹여 붙이는 것을 특징으로 하는 필름에 의한 포장체의 제조방법.
  7. 제5항에 있어서, 편평부(1a)에서 케이싱 필름(10)을 접어서 개고, 편평부(1a)에서 이 접힘부(1b)를 포함하여, 케이싱 필름(10)이 1매의 필름인 경우에는 4층, 또는 케이싱 필름(10)이 2매의 필름이 포개져 합쳐진 것일 경우에는 8층의 필름을 녹여 붙이는 것을 특징으로 하는 필름에 의한 포장체의 제조방법.
  8. 제5항, 제6항 또는 제7항에 있어서, 편평부(1a)에서 필름을 초음파에 의해 녹여 붙이는 것을 특징으로 하는 포장체의 제조방법.
  9. 띠 형상의 케이싱 필름(10)을 통형상으로 성형하는 성형부재(13)와, 성형부재(13)에 의하여 통형상으로 성형된 케이싱 필름(10)의 가장자리부들 끼리를 서로 접합하는 씨일 기구와, 케이싱 필름(10)의 가장자리부들 끼리가 접합된 통형상의 케이스(1) 내에 피포장물을 충전하는 충전 노즐(12)과, 피포장물이 충전된 통형상의 케이스(1)를 부분적으로 눌러 찌부러뜨려서 편평부(1a)를 성형하는 조입기구(21)와, 통형상의 케이스(1)의 편평부(1a)의 바깥쪽에 보강필름(5)을 공급하는 보강필름 공급기구와, 통형상의 케이스(1)의 편평부(1a)와 보강필름(5)을 함께 녹여 붙이고 절단하는 녹여붙임 기구를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 필름에 의한 포장체의 제조장치.
  10. 제9항에 있어서, 녹여붙임 기구는 통형상의 케이스(1)의 편평부(1a)와 보강필름(5)들을 끼워 집는 혼(34)과 앤빌(33)로 이루어지는 초음파 녹여붙임 기구인 것을 특징으로 하는 필름에 의한 포장체의 제조장치.
