Abstract

압축된 가요성 제품(20)의 층을 수납하기 위한 개선된 측개봉상면 거싯(gusset)을 갖는 장방형 가요성 주머니(10)에 관한 것이다. 상기 주머니는 전면 및 후면 패널(40,41) 두개의 측면 패널(30,31) 그리고 상면 및 하부 패널(50,51)을 구비하며, 상기 모든 패널은 압축하에서 층을 포함하기 위한 격실(19)을 형성하기 위해 함께 결합된다. 상기 층은 측면 패널이 텐션상태하에 있도록 주머니내에 배열된다. 상기 주머니는 두개의 접합부를 구비하며, 그 중 하나는 상면(50) 및 측면 패널(30,31) 사이의 각 이음매에 인접한다. 각 접합부는 상기 주머니상에 외부 포켓(2,3)을 만들기 위해 연속선(100)을 따라 상면 및 패널을 함께 결합한다. 상기 외부 포켓은 상기 주머니의 내부 격실과 통하지 않는다. 상기 주머니는 측면 패널의 하나내에 적어도 부분적으로 위치된 연속 절취선(5)을 더 포함한다. 상기 절취선은 상기 제품으로의 접근을 제공하기 위해 측면 패널의 잔여부로부터 적어도 부분적으로 분리된 측면 패널부(25)를 형성한다. 상기 주머니에 대한 개선은 상기 주머니가 절취선을 따라 주머니의 개봉을 시작하기 위한, 절취선에 인접한 당김용탭(7)을 더 포함하는 것이다. 상기 당김용 탭은 절취선(5)을 구비하는 측면 패널상에 위치되며, 대기중에 제품을 노출시키는 것을 줄이기 위해 포켓(2)상에 위치된다.

제4도는 제1도와 유사한 도면으로 본 발명의 다른 실시예를 도시한다.

Claims (9)

  1. 하나의 적층체로 배열된 압축된 가요성 제품을 수납하기 위한 측개봉 상면 거싯를 갖는 거의 장방형의 가요성 주머니로서 상기 주머니는 마주보는 전면 및 후면 패널, 마주보는 측면 패널 및 마주보는 상면 및 하부 패널을 포함하며, 상기 모든 패널은 마주보는 측면 패널이 텐션하에 있도록 압축상태에서 층을 수납하기 위한 내부 격실을 형성하기 위해 함께 결합되며; 상기 주머니는 두 개의 접합부를 구비하며, 그중 하나는 상면 및 측면 패널사이의 각 이음매에 인접하며, 상기 각 접합부는 주머니상에 외부포켓을 만들기 위해 실제 연속선을 따라 상면 및 측면 패널을 결합하며, 상기 외부 포켓은 실제 내부 격실과 통하지 않으며; 상기 주머니는 제품을 꺼내기 위한 접근을 위해 측면 패널의 잔여부로부터 적어도 부분적으로 분리되는 측면 패널의 소정 부분을 형성하는 측면 패널의 하나에 적어도 부분적으로 위치된 실제 연속하는 절단선을 더 포함하는 주머니에 있어서, 상기 주머니는 절단선에 인접한 당김용 탭을 더 포함하며, 상기 당김용 탭은 주머니가 개봉될 수 있도록 실제 연속하는 절단선을 따라 주머니의 인열을 시작하기 위한 수단을 포함하며, 상기 당김용 탭은 대기중에 제품을 노출시키는 것을 줄이기 위해 그 위에 절취선을 구비하는 측면 패널에 인접한 포켓상에 위치되는 것을 특징으로 하는 주머니.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 절취선을 따라 주머니의 인열을 시작하기 위한 수단은 상기 수단을 포함하는 포켓을 통해 연장되는 소정 길이의 절단부를 포함하는 주머니.
  3. 제1항에 있어서, 절취선을 따라 주머니를 인열을 시작하기 위한 수단은 접합부가 상면 및 측면 패널을 잇기 시작하는 곳에 인접한 지점으로부터 거의 연속선을 따라 포켓의 상단부까지 연장된 포켓상의 두 개의 부가적인 절취선을 포함하는 주머니.
  4. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 주머니느 손잡이를 더 포함하는 주머니.
  5. 제4항에 있어서, 상기 손잡이는 종방향으로 상면 패널을 가로지르며 연장되는 주머니.
  6. 제5항에 있어서, 상기 손잡이는 상기 포켓의 내부를 따라 고정된 주머니.
  7. 제6항에 있어서, 상기 손잡이는 주머니가 개봉된 후에도 주머니에 고정된 채로 있는 주머니.
  8. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 주머니는 중합체 필름으로 형성되는 주머니.
