제2도는, 본 발명의 세포 분리장치의 1실시예의 종단면 개략도이다.

Claims (24)

  1. 수산 애퍼타이트를 함유하는 섬유들로 구성되는 섬유 형상의 세포분리제.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 수산 에퍼타이트의 실질적으로 전부가 Ca5(PO4)3OH인 것을 특징으로 하는 세포분리제.
  3. 제2항에 있어서, 상기 섬유들의 평균 직경이 1μm 내지 100μm인 것을 특징으로 하는 세포 분리제.
  4. 제2항에 있어서, Ca/P의 질량비가 1.4 내지 1.8인 것을 특징으로 하는 세포분리제.
  5. 수산 애퍼타이트와 길속제를 함유하는 수성 현탁액을 섬유들로 방사하는 공정과 ; 이들 섬유를 이동하는 면(面) 상에서 수집하에 섬유 형상의 세포 분리제를 얻는 공정과로 이루어진 섬유 형상의 세포 분리제의 제조방법.
  6. 제5항에 있어서, 상기 섬유들을 수집하기 전에 이들을 가열하여 상기 섬유들을 건조시키는 공정을 더욱 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 세포 분리제의 제조방법.
  7. 제6항에 있어서, 얻어진 섬유들을 소성하는 공정을 더욱 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 세포 분리제의 제조방법.
  8. 제5항에 있어서, 상기 수성 현탁액이, 10 내지 90 중량%의 수분과, 5 내지 70 중량%의 수산애퍼타이트와, 5 내지 40 중량%의 결속제와로 이루어지는 것을 특징으로 하는 세포 분리제의 제조방법.
  9. 제8항에 있어서, 산기 수성 현탁액이, 50 내지 70 중량%의 수분과, 15 내지 30 중량%의 수산 애퍼타이트와, 15 내지 30 중량%의 결속제와로 이루어지는 것을 특징으로 하는 세포 분리제의 제조방법.
  10. 제9항에 있어서, 상기 수성 현탁액이, 60 내지 65 중량%의 수분과, 15 내지 20 중량%의 수산 애퍼타이트와, 20 내지 25 중량%의 결속제와로 이루어지는 것을 특징으로 하는 세포 분리제의 제조방법.
  11. 제5항에 있어서, 상기 결속제가 폴리 비닐 알코올, 카르복시메칠 셀룰로우즈, 히드록시 에틸 셀룰로우즈, 히드록시 프로필 셀룰로우즈, 콜라아겐, 펄류란과 치틴, 폴리아크릴아마이드, 포리 아크릴산, 폴리메타크릴산, 폴리이타콘산, 산화 폴리 에칠렌, 폴리비닐 피롤리돈, 폴리비닐메칠렌 에테르, 크산틴 고무 및 구아르 고무 등으로부터 선택되어진 것임을 특징으로 하는 세포 분리제의 제조방법.
  12. 제11항에 있어서, 상기 결속제가 치틴인 것을 특징으로 하는 세포 분리제의 제조방법.
  13. 제11항에 있어서, 상기 결속제의 분자량이 20,000 내지 2,000,000인 것을 특징으로 하는 세포 분리제의 제조방법.
  14. 제13항에 있어서, 상기 결속제의 분자량이 50,000 내지 1,000,000인 것을 특징으로 하는 세포 분리제의 제조방법.
  15. 제7항에 있어서, 상기 소성이 350 내지 1350 ℃온도하에서 행하여 지는 것을 특징으로 하는 세포분리제의 제조방법.
  16. 제15항에 있어서, 상기소성이 400 내지 1200 ℃ 온도하에서 행하여지는 것을 특징으로 하는 세포 분리제의 제조방법.
  17. 콜럼(21)과 제1항의 섬유 형상의 세포 분리제(22)와로 이루어진 세포분리장치.
  18. 제17항에 있어서, 상기 장치가 상기 콜럼(21)의 아래쪽에 위치되는 필터(24)와, 이 필터(24)위에 위치되어지는 수산 에퍼타이트를 함유하는 섬유들을 더욱 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 세포 분리장치.
  19. 제18항에 있어서, 상기 장치가 상기 콜럼(21)내에, 과립 형상의 수산 애퍼타이트(23)를 더욱 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 세포 분리장치.
  20. 제19항에 있어서, 상기 과립 형상의 수산 에퍼타이트(23)가, 상기 필터(24)의 위쪽에, 상기 섬유 형상의 수산 애퍼타이트(22)의 아래쪽에 위치하는 것을 특징으로 하는 세포 분리장치.
  21. 제19항에 있어서, 상기 과립 형상의 수산 에퍼타이트(23)의 평균 직경이 1 내지 2000㎛인 것을 특징으로 하는 세포 분리장치.
  22. 제21항에 있어서, 상기 과립 형상의 수산 에퍼타이트(23)의 평균 직경이 50 내지 2000㎛인 것을 특징으로 하는 세포 분리장치.
  23. 제20항에 있어서, 상기 과립 형상의 수산 에퍼타이트(23)가 500 내지 1400℃의 온도하에서 소성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 세포 분리장치.
  24. 면역 억제 임파구 및/또는 면역 억제 인자 생성 세포를, 상기 제17항 내지 제23항 중의 어느 1항의 장치를 접하게 하여, 상기 콜럼(21)내의 섬유형상의 세포 분리제에 이들 면역 억제 임파구 및 또는 면역 억제 인자 생성 세포가 흡수되게 하여, 면역 엊제 임파구 및/또는 면역 인자 생성 세포를 제거하는 방법.
