Claims (9)
- 작동부와, 브래그-반사기부, 및 상기 작동부에 전류를 공급하기 위한 수단을 구비하면서, 상기 작동부는 제1기판에 의해 지지되고, 상기 브래그-반사기부는 제2기판에 의해 지지되는 광 통신 레이저에 있어서, (1) 상기 브래그-반사기부는 적어도 두가지 모드의 광 방사를 지지 가능하거나, 그렇지 않으면, (2)상기 레이저는 레이저 파라미터에 좌우되는 작동점에서 작동을 위해 설계되며, 상기 레이저 파라미터의 설정은 상기 설정 값보다 적은 제 1 값, 및 상기 설정값보다 큰 제 2 값과 상당히 다르며, 상기 제1 및 제 2 값은 상기 레이저가 상기 설정값에 가장 가까운 모드 불안정을 받는 값이 되는 것을 특징으로 하는 광 통신 레이저.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 설정값은 본질적으로 상기 제 1 값과 상기 제 2 값 사이의 중간이 되는 것을 특징으로 하는 광 통신 레이저.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 파라미터는 레이저 온도이며, 상기 레이저는 온도 제어용 수단을 구비하는 것을 특징으로 하는 광 통신 레이저.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 파라미터는 작동부 온도가 되며, 상기 레이저는 상기 작동부의 온도 제어용 수단을 구비하는 것을 특징으로 하는 광 통신 레이저.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 파라미터는 브래그-반사기부 온도이며, 상기 레이저는 상기 브래그-반사기부의 온도 제어용 수단을 구비하는 것을 특징으로 하는 광 통신 레이저.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 브래그-반사기부는 방사 모니터 수단을 구비하는 것을 특징으로 하는 광 통신 레이저.
- 제 6 항에 있어서, 상기 모니터 수단은 광 탭을 구비하는 것을 특징으로 하는 광 통신 레이저.
- 제 6 항에 있어서, 상기 모니터 수단은 상기 브래그-반사기부로 인입하는 광 전력을 모니터하며 상기 브래그-반사기부에 의해 전송된 광 전력을 모니터하는 수단을 구비하는 것을 특징으로 하는 광 통신 레이저.
