Claims (8)
- 분리접점과 접점을 개방시키기 위해 래치부로 부터 비래치부로 이동하는 해제부재를 구비하는 회로차단기 메카니즘과 ; 해제부재의 래치부와 비래치부 사이로 이동하고 래치부에서 바이어스 되는 래치레버와 ; 래체레버를 비래치 하기 위해 이동하고 래치부에서 바이어스 되는 트립바와 ; 배전 시스템의 각 도체에 고정 자기 구조체를 구비하고 코어 및 제1코어 조립체와 아마튜어를 포함하는 트립 유니트와 ; 비래치부로 트립바를 이동시키기 위해 각각의 고정 자기 구조체와 결합하는 레버수단과 ; 아마튜어를 구비하고 적어도 하나의 도체내의 비정상 전류에 응답하여 코어로 이동하는 레버수단과 ; 코어의 일단부로 부터 연장하는 제1다리와 아마튜어의 운동방향에서 코어의 타단부로 부터 연장하고 코어와 아마튜어 사이에 자속밀도를 증가시키기 위해 아마튜어의 대항 측면의 제2다리를 포함하는 홀드백 브래킷과 ; 를 구비하는 홀드백 회로를 갖는 회로차단기에 있어서, 상기 코어는 아마튜어 길이만큼 이격된 제1 U형 다리를 갖는 U형 부재이고 소정의 과전류 상태에 응답하여 U형 다리로 이동하며, 홀드백 브래킷은 코어의 단부와 아마튜어를 지나 병행하게 연장하는 제2 U형 다리에 의해 코어에 설치되고 각각의 제2 U형 다리는 아마튜어에 인접한 굴곡진 플랜지를 가지며 자장선이 플랜지와 아마튜어를 통해서 순환하도록 서로 플랜지면에 굴곡진 것을 특징으로 하는 홀드백 회로를 갖는 회로차단기.
- 제1항에 있어서, 코어에 설치된 홀드백 브래킷은 코어로 부터 이격된 한쌍의 굴곡진 플랜지를 포함하고 아마튜어는 코어와 플랜지 사이에 배치된 것을 특징으로 하는 회로차단기.
- 제2항에 있어서, 플랜지 폭은 제2 U형 다리 폭의 약 1/2인 것을 특징으로 하는 회로차단기.
- 제3항에 있어서, 플랜지 혹은 제2 U형 다리폭의 3/8인 것을 특징으로 하는 회로차단기.
- 제4항에 있어서, 아마튜어는 약 0.020인치의 두께인 것을 특징으로 하는 회로차단기.
- 제1항에 있어서, 코어의 단면이 장방형인 것을 특징으로 하는 회로차단기.
- 제1항에 있어서, 각각의 코어와 아마튜어의 단면이 장방형인 것을 특징으로 하는 회로차단기.
