Abstract

본원은 순간 되돌림 용의 고정철심과 가동철심의 간격을 조정하는 조정나사가 없어도 안정된 되돌림 동작을하는 과전류 되돌림 장치를 얻는 것이다.
도체(2), 고정철심(4), 바이메탈(7)을 갖춘 지지판 조립체, 이 지지판 조립체에 회전이 자유롭게 받쳐져, 한쪽끝에 가동철삼(10)을 설치하고, 다른쪽끝에는 트립 바아 가압부(18b)를 형성하고, 또한, 양 철심(4, 10)이 소정의 치수로 분리되도록 스토퍼 부(18a)를 형성한 작동아암 조립부와, 양 철심(4, 10)이 분리하는 방향으로 작동아암 조립부를 부가하는 부가 스프링을 일체적으로 조합시켜 구성하였다.

Claims (2)

  1. 한끝에 가동접촉자 기구쪽으로, 다른 끝이 단자장치 쪽에 접속된 도체, 상기 도체에 근접해서 설치되어 상기 도체로 흐르는 전류에 의한 자력을 발생하도록 형성된 고정철심, 상기 도체에 맞대여 이 도체로 흐르는 전류에 의해 구브러져서 트립 바아를 작동시키는 바이메탈을 갖춘 지지판 조립체와, 상기 지지판 조립체에 회전 또한 복귀가 자유롭게 받쳐져, 한끝에 상기 고정철심에 마주해서 설치된 가동철심을, 다른 끝에 상기 트립 바아를 작동시키는 작동부를 구비함과 함께 상기 가동철심이 상기 고정철심에서 분리하였을 때에 고정철과 가동철심과의 간격이 소정의 값으로 되도록 상기 지지판 조립체에 맞대이는 스토퍼 부를 갖추는 작동아암 조립체를 일체로 조립시켜 구성한 과전류 되돌림 장치를 구비하는 것을 특징으로 하는 회로 차단기.
  2. 한끝에 가동접촉자 기구쪽으로. 다른 끝이 단자장치 쪽에 접속된 도체, 상기 도체에 근접해서 설치되어 상기 도체에 흐르는 전류에 의한 자력을 발생하도록 형성된 고정철심, 상기 도체에 맞대여 이 도체로 흐르는 전류에 의해 만곡해서 트립 바아를 작동시키는 바이메탈을 갖춘 지지판 조립체와. 상기 지지판 조립체에 회전이 자유롭게 받쳐져, 한끝에 상기 고정철심에 마주해서 설치된 가동철심을, 다른 끝에 상기 트립바아를 작동시키는 작동부를 갖춘 작동아암 조립체와, 상기 지지판 조립체와 상기 작동아암 조립체와의 사이에 설치되어, 상기 고정철심과 상기 가동철심이 분리되는 방향으로 상기 작동 아암 조립체를 부가하는 일체로 조립시켜 구성한 과전류 되돌림 장치를 구비하는 것을 특징으로 하는 회로 차단기.
