Claims (4)

  1. 가동접점(34)을 포함하는 한쌍의 분리접점(32, 34), 가동접점 및 접점의 개방과 밀폐 위치사이 가동을 전달하는 가동접점 아암(38), 접점을 작동시키기 위해 주축방향으로 지지된 분리가능한 부재를 구비한 작동기구(18), 분리가능한 부재를 래칭하기 위해 분리가능한 부재의 래치와 비래치 사이에서 이동 가능한 래치레버를 포함한 래칭수단(26) 및 래치위치에서 래치 레버를 분리가능하게 유지하기 위해 트립바아(24)를 포함한 트립수단을 구비하는 회로차단기에 있어서,
    트립 바아의 갑작스런 비래칭을 방지하게 위해 전자기 수단(72, 74) 및 전기자(78, 90)를 포함하는 트립지연 수단(22)과 상기 전기자가 소정의 과전류 조건이하 과전류에 응답하면서 전자기 수단의 작동을 위해 예비적으로 이동 가능하게 되는 것을 특징으로 하는 회로차단기.
  2. 제1항에 있어서,
    전자기 수단은 솔레노이드 코일(22)과 플런저를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 회로차단기.
  3. 제2항에 있어서,
    상기 플린저는 래치된 위치에서 대응하는 위치를 바이어스한 것을 특징으로 하는 회로차단기.
  4. 제3항에 있어서,
    상기 전자기 수단은 또한 코일의 반대 단부에서 각각 노출된 각 단부를 갖으며 1개 단부상에 주축방향으로 설치된 전기자를 포함하고 자기력에 응답해서 다른 단부와 접점내부 및 외부로 가동할 수 있도록 자기 프레임을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 회로차단기.
